Yes, this too. When I said 10 seconds between emotes, I actually meant 10 seconds between any action, which would include that. It's also annoying to have to cheer after every correct emote. Mime just makes me :wall:

Mime is the worst random in my opinion. It takes like 10 seconds between emotes to switch the spotlight and have the mime start doing another emote. It really could be done a lot faster. I was reading on the first page that a lot of people hate the maze, but that's not too bad for me. I can usually get around 73% and that translates to 70k-100k worth of "crap". (Yes, the items are crap, but they're worth something.) Who doesn't like 70k for 2 minutes' work? I only hate the randoms that take as long as the maze (like mime) and only give an xp lamp as the best reward.

Getting a little tired of runespan but have to keep this up for another 5m xp.

I just went on what should have been a moab-streak, but I died... 17 kills (I think) in a row, and then I died. How? I was playing on Fallen and got sniped by a guy using (of course) blind eye and assassin. This wouldn't have been half as bad if he wasn't laying in the corner in that really grassy, shrubby alley near C dom. I ran right past him and didn't notice, so I got sniped in the back. Pathetic. And no moab for me, my luck is too bad to get one.

What's wrong with that? I didn't even know what you meant at first but it seems to be just a simple mistake if he meant to say "50 cal".

BO2 will have all of that stuff I'm pretty sure. I don't know how they're changing ghost, but I'm fairly sure they are. What I don't understand is why everyone hates that perk, it's in the game so it's fair play. It's only mildly irritating getting killed by someone using that perk. There are worse ways to die. And most of my teammates (random people) are too bad to get radar anyways, so it doesn't bother me much.

Finally got 91 rc for double nats! Too bad double nats suck now...

I pick up a few useful tips from those videos, but I do watch them mostly for entertainment purposes. Maybe they've had an effect, maybe they haven't.

I do believe this topic is titled "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3". So anyways, I've been used to having my ratio be around 1.1-1.2ish for a while now but interestingly, I started stepping out of my usual ACR/MP7 classes and using guns like the PM-9 and M60. I've never used these guns before so it was like starting with a clean slate. According to CODelite, my ratios with those guns are 1.59 and 1.71 respectively. I also have a few hundred kills so it's a decent sample size. So it looks like I'm finally improving (either that or those guns are OP lol). I do watch a lot of youtube commentators (iTemp, Vokal Chu, Fearcrads, OpTic, etc) and consciously work on improving. Now I can only imagine what my ratio would be if I had good internet... Just a small update for nobody who cares.

Instead of my usual specialist package (or occasionally support for EMP in domination) I've been thinking about running assault with predator, reaper, osprey. Anyone ever use this? I've used ac-130 instead of osprey a few times, but I don't know if I could get 8 kills with the reaper for a guaranteed osprey. Suggestions?

Some things are just basic strategy that not everyone does, like drop-shooting. He's probably just mad that you didn't blindly run out there and get killed by him. Oh, btw, my internet has an upload speed of about 1 mbps, which is apparently pretty slow. It's never too bad for just surfing or playing runescape, but something like COD it'll run a bit slow.

I have generally mild lag/hit detection so I don't use the type 95 because the bursts never land where it looks like I fired them. Most times I just hipfire spray to get the most hits. And yeah, if you look at the type 95's stats, they're just ridiculously high in everything. High damage. High rate of fire. High range. Low recoil. High mobility. It's just too good at everything.

Sometimes I wonder what my k/d in this game would be if: Knifing was removed completely (I never use it because it's so inconsistent, and I use tactical button layout anyways) Cheap/OP things were removed (this is a lot of things, but the usual type 95, RPG, etc) I had a really good internet connection (my internet is fairly slow and not very consistent) I played on a full screen (I'm always split-screening with my brother) I didn't try to snipe/qs and probably some other stuff I can't really help (like internet/screen). At the moment, my k/d is 1.185, but with most reg guns that I've used for 20k kills it's around 1.3 (so w/o sniping). I could even see it being 1.5 or more if the above things happened. They won't, but I hate to realize that some part of my "skill" at this game is based off of uncontrollable factors.

Is this good for a single herb run? I don't really do this often and want to know if this is average or very good. It seemed very good to me. I used T1 Greenfingers, juju farming pot, magic secateurs, and I'm 99 farm (if that has anything to do with it). edit: I got the 72 torstols in addition to 2 seeds back. I was confused for a while as to why I had 2 extra seeds and I just thought of it.

What herb is that? I just started herb runs again and I'm doing snapdragon atm but I don't know if that's the best.

Oh, no problem. I was just expressing my opinion on it. I'd love it if you could call in killstreaks as fast as in Black Ops. I get killed all the time calling in things as stupid as UAV. One reason right there that I mainly use specialist now. @stevensda Blind eye could be faster lock-on for launchers (like the Strela/Stinger) like in MW3. What exactly does assassin do? By non-lethal killstreaks do you mean UAV/CUAV/EMP and all that? I can already see problems with stopping power/juggernaut, I'm glad they aren't in MW3/BO. Because if you wanted to use blind eye or assassin, you'd get screwed all the time by people with either of those perks. It's an okay list, but that's almost over-compensating for OP perks that people complain about (like assassin). In my opinion, MW3 has the best perk setup. And if that list was to be used, would specialist killstreaks be an option? Because then people would just start with jugg/SP and have their first perk unlocked be whichever one they didn't pick. Specialist bonus would be ungodly OP. Just my opinion.
