I am not buying all the "I am sorry" "I was caught it's an honest cop gov" excuses. Even hitler would have made himself look respectable if he had been brought before a jury. Duke freedom had a duty and a responsibility to be and remain squeakier than clean. He had earned the (in retrospect misguided respect) of a lot of people through his seemingly honest efforts to be a respected merchant and a readable columnist. His job as a player mod and a tip-it mod.leant further credibility to his reputation and allowed him an unfair advantage over other players by dint of his authority and respect. All is now revealed he is a cheater, a rule breaker and worst off all younger players may now think that because Duke did it its all right. I am not among that camp but can understand why some of his fellow mods choose to raise a stout defence. They after all dealt with him on a day to day basis. BUT Stop defending him now. He is not the same person you knew pre the ban. He is now a non fellow mod. He is now a proven real life trader. He is now a role model to all that wished his ban revoked. In my humble opinion he should not have been allowed to post an explanation here as the deed requires no explanation. A crime is a crime no matter the motives if you knew the rules beforehand. His explanation holds no water with me apart from the obvious desire to exploit the wealth accrued from a game played my most for fun rather than exploitation. I wish I could say I cared about his ban but I donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t. My only thoughts are another cheater removed can only be good for the game.

i defeinetly think dark beasts need a new drop but not exactly a new weapon..maybe new armour..new gear anything else, or maybe a weapon with intresting special for dark beasts best drop, its a death talisman..? not even tradeable so its the most complete bs monster yet, anyhow im looking for drag boots maybe Yes got to agree there dark beasts were one big dissapointment for me. Oh and death tallys are tradeable :D

Oh and a quick retort to you r2. I have had 85 slayer since May 2005. I have enough cash for myself and to raise skills. I hate merchants. I hate autoers. I hate auto talkers. And I hate merchants (oh did I repeat myself) Merchanting to me are the scum of Runescape, scamming swapping, deleting changing, auto-talking, et al. I am sorry if I categorise you (or anyone else) in this catch all group but as you all peddle your wares in the same market it is hard to separate you and if it was possible I would STOP trading and lean towards a shop based economy. This would result in radical changes but not insurmountable changes, The ordinary punter would receive a fair price for their goods and the buyers would have a source for their desirables. 2 BIRDS KILLED WITH THE 1 STONE AND BYE BYE MERCHANTS.

I'm afraid that Lineage II and Runescape 2 share that massive flaw. I have been informed that GP also becomes negative after 2100M, which is just insane if you ask me. Sure, right now there might only be a very small amount of players that will have a problem with the cap, but the situation will only worsen over time. In a year from now when Phat Sets cost around the same as the cap (2100M), this could lead to massive problems. Not a problem at all play the game as it is meant to be played and your problems will dissapate. Games were never designed to replace your real life but to enhance them. If you play the game for the enjoyment and the occasional adrenalin buzz you should never be disappointed. If you you play the game because you are an ugly bar steward (with no friends) or an incompetent buffoon (with no hope of promotion) to gain fake cash then you shall reap what you sow.

Have to agree. Party hats are the most coveted item in Runescape and one of the rarest. but what is rarer and also more coveted. 126 Combat Ask any 110-115 combat level (and over and below of course) with a party hat whether they would swap it for 126 Combat What do you think the answer would be? Whilst party hats are the visible symbols of wealth they only show you can afford one. 126 combat shows you are dedicated and committed in a way the merchants can only dream about. If you combine the two together you get a level 126 with full dragon and party hat. Who do you think garners the most respect? The level 100 with a party hat or the 126 with a party hat. Not going to be to many following the merchant

been a level 85 slayer since early June and the lower levels dont annoy me a bit. 1. Ignore is your best friend 2. just dont reply that very often gets them really annoyed and is amusing to watch there indignation at ignoring them. 3. It is sometoimes lonely up there and you sometimes welcome lower levels. 4. Some lower levels actually make a living up there after all the amount of high level herbs addy bars etc. left is unbelivable up there. 5. Yeah get of your high horse all who want lower levels barred or killed when they come up there. edited for the reason I always forget 6. A lot of the visitors to the abby demons have come through the abby specters which has in turn reduced all their stats and they are in no fit state to return that way.
