I hoping to finish up getting Quest Cape and maybe get 99 agil and firemaking (at least ha).

Well, since he is God, of course he is just. Even though he is merciful to those that choose to love him and those that may, to be the ultimate authority he *must* be just. He is called "Judge" and that's what judges are supposed to be. That's one of the consequences of sin, (i.e. separation from God), you have to face those consequences. If your prayer is not in God's plan, then he will answer with a no, but, I believe, with something better in the long run. As for why to pray in the first place, I believe that God likes to hear from us, regardless of being omnipotent. It's part of that free will he has given us; we can ask for things and choose to follow his will or not. It's that kind of relationship he desires that makes him who he is. I hope this at least partly answers some of the questions you have. :)

2.5% is the logical assumption for an xp boosting skill outfit Yes, I suppose so. I'm also guessing they'll be pretty rare, since it wouldn't make sense if they weren't. I'm not sure how rare the woodcutting and mining outfits are though? lumberjack and mining can both be gotten within a couple of hours if ur lucky. Then I think we can assume pretty safely that the wraps will take as long. I wonder if thieving from different things within Pyramid Plunder increases the chance.

Definitely excited for the new Myreque quest, gotta get those last slayer levels! I'm interested in the shadow wraps too.. I wonder how much of a boost they give, even if I have 99 Thieving..

I don't think I would quit; I would probably just go about my business as usual. However, there are already a lot of bots as is and to me it seems if the rules were changed it wouldn't make a difference..
