I got also hacked, best safety for your account is an good password (14 charters or more with Numers, Letters and Icons [@]. Set an bank pin (Do not use only low numbers ass 2134, for an hacker is it easy to get that password! Set recovey questions with STUPID easy answers that only you know. Register an email. Change the recovery questions every 3 months and your password every month! If you have an virus/keylogger, scan first your PC and change the password on an other account!
