The animal figure is named Kyubey and comes from the Madoka Magica anime. Don't be fooled because he is the reason the characters are in their [harpy]ed up situation to begin with (plus the magical girls he makes out of them through wishes are more like god damn liches). He's ten times creepier in the manga personally. :blink:

I don't remember about the loyalty points. I find it difficult to recall specifics of conversations I have ingame. But yeah, I do have a beef against it.
