I'm not advocating for poor treatment of others. I'm just saying it's unlikely everyone you come across in life will be respectful, especially in fast food shitholes

I'll say it again, having high expectations of a manager at McDonald's is laughable. I'm not saying it's right, but it's something those in the industry have to deal with. I worked in a similar fast food place as a teen, gave me incentive to work hard so I never have to work somewhere like it again.
