Wioneo tested this, and 9 Prayer bonus gave you an extra 11 seconds with Turm + Soul Split, and adding a further 9 Prayer bonus (18) gave an extra 11 seconds as well, suggesting that it was linear.

Tested using what? I just tried it out for myself using Soul Split + Turmoil, and with 9 Prayer bonus, it took ~111 seconds for my prayer to run out starting from 990. With 0 Prayer bonus, it took 99 seconds. That's 12 seconds difference.

I agree with getting rid of the 1:1 trade rule for the components, as long as they made it so you have to be P2P to claim them from SoF.

At least we're going to be able to use the Java client if they can't fix the HTML5 client for the 22nd. And as for the bonus EXP, I think it's safe to assume just being logged into the NIS Beta would be enough.

IIRC, the JMods already know about it and commented that this was a clever use of abilities. I think we should let it stay that way for that reason.
