  1. Doesn't interrupt.
  2. The only loss from a BCP is loss on sale due to price shifts. A torso is a complete sunk cost and is useless for bossing.
  3. Alternatively, let me put it this way. Spend an hour reaching whatever nat crafting xp target you have via ZMI. Then use the remainder of that hour to kill frosts, glacors, TDs, whatever. Congratulations. You now have your XP target AND more money than you would have had via nats/bloods/deaths!
  4. The cash over time of other RC methods is abysmal anyway at your level so you can easily make up for it elsewhere.
  5. Getting something as a drop and keeping it is exactly the same as just making the money to buy something and buying it.
  6. But all he did in those kills was click a target and spec twice...
  7. Oh, my mistake. I thought they meant that the Alog display indicated when the acc was made.
  8. Why are you banking tin and copper? Are you DIY?
  9. I'm pretty sure it's not time played, but when your account was created Still, nice luck  It's time played.
  10. Yeah, I agree that this is within the realm of what the thread did. It didn't have to to anything - i wouldn't judge you if it had no defined utility to others - but if you must to say it did something, than this is probably accurate. So you're basically withdrawing all of the crap you were spouting earlier?
  11. I'm going to phrase it a bit differently this time. A decision consists of a subjective component acting on an objective one to produce a course of action. The subjective component, what you think makes this information worthless, is a person's own opinions while the objective one is the the physical world. To make a decision, people examine their opinions on the physical world and use the product of that reasoning to come up with a plan for acting on the physical world. In this case, people's maps of the physical world are incorrect. The part of the decision making process that everyone utilises, regardless of how much of a part it plays on the outcome, is extremely commonly misunderstood. I have corrected that and, regardless of whether this will cause people to stop leaving loot, people's understandings of the sacrifices being made in favour of convenience have been improved. There is no such thing as a subjective value "overwhelming" an objective one. Convenience and efficiency are both factors that constantly push on our judgements, and accurate decisions favouring either require an accurate view of the physical world.
  12. ^lol So what you're saying is "people often don't act rationally so posting information that heps people make accurate decisions is not beneficial". Right. The fact of the matter is that there are people who believe that it's not efficient to pick up hides/bones but do not have the income for it. They are mistaken. I am correcting a specific mistake. Why is this so hard to understand, both of you?
  13. You're assuming that everyone who leaves hides and bones do so because they cba and I'd support them if that's their reason. This is incorrect. Every time someone says "lol you pick up drops? Must be poor" and then gear up for a GWD trip after their task, you are proven wrong.
  14. If you think most people understand what they're doing and the concepts laid out here, you're dead wrong. Funnily enough, even you demonstrated earlier in this thread that you don't understand the concepts explained here, even after Troacctid laid it out for you. Gtfo of my thread with your crap please.
  15. You are awesome if you succeed.
  16. Wouldn't it be great if any of these PK vids actually showed an impressive degree of player skill.
  17. What? Why is money not an option?
  18. You're right, actually. I was possibly jumping to conclusions a bit quickly when I stated that they're an awesome task but it's still quite likely to be true for a lot of players with <6m time value. I'll need KPH with/without cannon figures to work that out though.
  19. Not trying to spread the message of hate. Its just because tip.it removed the elitist by force, not because the other forum favors efficiency jerks. That's basically the opposite of what he meant.
  20. To clarify, getting anyone to help with an effigy ever is a catastrophic waste. Doing so with crawlered teddybears simply defies the entire point of crawlering in the first place. Don't ever even think of doing this. Ellac really didn't emphasise how diabolical it would be if you chose to do that.
  21. RoW makes hatchets/rings/staffs more common. You barely pick up most of the mith ore/earth tally/ranarr drops that get replaced with potentially profitable or equally useless RoW drops anyway. WAT DO
  22. You need to l2read. Nobody's saying "be efficient or I'll flay u alive". People are saying "If you're trying to be efficient and you're not doing this, you're failing at being efficient". If whatever you're saying about your bank value is meant to have any substance, then grats. You fall outside the explicitly laid out condition under which doing this is efficient.
  23. Figures that a typo would get quoted. Brb fixing sentence.
