My PC was top of the line for like a month, 5 years ago. I spent around $2000 total for all the parts, I wasn't cheap. I have problems blowing barrings in these cheap PC Fans. All the voltages read good on the Fluke... You might not know Abit but they use a Windows Program "Abit EQ" to change bios, so most options are locked in bios. I got a 500Watt PS that was over $100 in 2002, 500 Watt was really high back then. I am attached to Raid 0... Should I really not make such a big deal trying to get it? Should I just get one Raptor? *EDIT* I am going to end up putting XP Home on it anyway so I might as well just set up Raid. Please don't ask for a ScreenShot of my Bios...

Back to the questions, can I get dual SATA 360GB drives not in RAID and put them into RAID?

Last PC I made the [cabbage] hit the fan... I have so many problems with it, and it took so long to get working in the first place. First it took me like a week to get the 3rd Party RAID stuff working; when I did RAID on it it was harder then it is now. Video jumps every 5 seconds for like 2frames. In the last 5 years I have blown 16 Fans. The USB surges sometimes and blows up what is ever in the USB at the time; Ipod Mini, Mouse, and so on. I messed up and got a Abit MotherBoard that is crap. The case fan is a 5inch that runs at 1090rpm, the alarm goes off at 1000rpm so my PC randomly beeps... That is enough ranting on my PC. Dells have really nice cases, and they work the first time.

My guess is it is your XBox Cable, or 480p vs 480i... But if it is in I not P I don't think you would see any video at all.

This is a Samsung odd ball CRT... A CRT Low Depth. This TV is computer controlled because of the Low Depth. If the computer is not working right the color and saturation will be "off", plus there will we heavy warping. Is this a problem only with XBox, or is it will all video going to the TV?

If you get XP you can go with 1GB, if you want to run Vista as good as possible get the most RAM they will give you.

Dell likes to shoot them selfs in the foot a lot though... 1TB was the cheapest Raid 0 they had... They had dual 360gb Raptors but that was way more money.

Mac/I-Pod headphones are great, but most headphones that come with PCs are not that good. You won't see a difference if you move to Bose because they are low quality too. For overall PC use I would have to suggest Altec Lansing's AHS615. These are a great sounding pair of headphones with a built in microphone for Voice Over IP. Sounds Cards will make a difference. We don't sell sound cards at my store so I can't really answer any questions about them. All Bose is good at is advertising, there products are low quality and over priced. I would look at http://www.gradolabs.com if you are looking for true quality of product and sound. They will run you two-hundred to close to nine hundred dollars. Hope that helps.

I do play CS:S and BF2 now that I have highspeed too. I will still do small little updates to this post and I hope people still injoy my mad Thread Making Skills...

Died at Steel Dragons, from lag, 5 minutes ago. First time I died in over a year. I only lost Arhim Hood and Skirt plus some little items. Over-all it was nothing but I still hate dieing so I am take a break from RS. PS. In CS:S you can't die and lose a month of work lol.

Just checking in, I stopped traveling so much but am playing CS:S alot now...
