tis true. I've done many a clues off of them. Go to the secret upstairs spot, and I get them every 15 minutes or so.

Ok, currently, when you add somebody to your ignore list they appear online still, if they have you added to your friends list. I have 2 or 3 little buggers I know in real life that contantly talk about runescape... I just play every now and then for fun. They think lvl 77 is astoundingly high... so the next time I see them after being online, they go, "OMBZORZ U W3R3 0NL1N3!!!!!!"... you get the point. I keep chat on friends only now, but it gets annoying to not be able to post on the RSOF and tell people to add me... instead they have to reply to the message, then I add them. I think people on the ignore list should be given the impression you are ALWAYS offline. Agree?? Disagree??

oh, Im using winXP, and I dont get music either. I thought it was just me. Using firefox, and the sound effects work fine, just no music. And yes, SWSynth is up in my sound control thingy. On windows based 'puters, there is a "print screen" button. Then you just go paste the picture in a picture program thingy.

1) you can add yourself to ignore, and not hear what you say why?? because they rerouted the messages. Now, what you say goes to the server, then back to you. Before, the client would display what you said immediatly. Thats also why we get the chat lag. Nice if you ask me. My guess is that if you get muted, you cant see what you say either. 2) as far as I know, if you held down the space bar before, it would edit them out. Now, you can stand in a bank, and add spaces at the beginning of your message, and make it look like somebody else is talking. " selling full rune" makes it look like the dude next to you is selling it. You guys found any others?? (besides "OMG my name is ****-ed")

:cry: :cry: :cry: An addition to my previous post - Try doing a f2p drop party of rune items, and maybe addy (g) items... maybe in world 4 or 5. I spent 500k doing that once... some people thought it was so amazing that i did the party. Oh, and I dropped in Juliet's house. I saved the most expensive thing, and set it onto the table upstairs. I told them it was on there, and they all ran to the table, poised to grab it. 60 seconds late, a zoo of "NOOOOO"s, and one "YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" chirped out. It was so funny! :lol:

I would say use some of it on some new player. I think 25mil would be a lot to spend on some newbie players... it would take a while to give all that away. When I first started playing, there was a guy in lumbridge standing there giving away 100k. I started the game, wandered around a bit, and then he started following me. After watching me die from a man (:lol:), he said he would give me 100k if I would go put it in the bank immediatly. I thought 100k was 100gp... which was still a lot to me then. When I withdrew 26gp and saw it was still at 100k, I asked him how much he gave me. "100,000gp". I about lost it lol. He was the nicest guy ever... he spent about 2 weeks telling me what to do, what not to do, and taught me a few secrets. I don't know if he did that to more people, but I really appreciate that he took the time to teach me what to do. The last time I saw him was when he said he was leaving for good... he said bye, and I tried to pm him ba ck to say bye, but he logged. :cry: I've had him on my list from day one, but never seen him since. Obviously, I've always remembered that. Whenever I have a spare 100k, I go to lumbridge in a not-so-full world, and find a guy needing some help. If they die, I get their stuff, run back to lumbridge, give it to them, and then mentor them for a few weeks after giving them 100k. Most turn out nice... one or two have been rather rude, demanding more cash. I tell them that I have no reason to do that, and will stop helping them, then add them to ignore. I do have a favorite... I taught him to merchant. He's now got about as much cash as me, and has turned into a great friend. So, my idea is that you should give some of the newer players some cash (maybe not 100k, but enough for full mith and some other "whoa!" armor :P, plus some other spending money). Or maybe buy them armor and a good weapon and some food, see how they turn out, then give them more cash. Since you have so much, you might consider giving some to your trusted friends, and ask them to do the same? Or, how about the Tip.it events team?? Just my idea. Sorry its so long... Wow, I've been having some massive barrows luck! But, not from the chest... from the stupid level 60's that think they can do it in full rune, and dds. Its actually quite funny. I was doing dharock, and one lvl 63 came down, and asked if it was easy. I said yes, it is for me, but will not be for you. He basically told me he had done it 15 times before, and that I was a big noob, etc. Heh. Obviously he had never done it before... He searches sacrophagous, out pops dharock. The guy flips on melee prayer, attacks dharock, and managed to get dharock down to 3/4 health before the 63's prayer ran out. The 63 starts eating like mad when dharock hits a 20 :lol: . Several 0's are dealt onto the 63, and the 63 manages to get dharock to 1/2 health. Bam, 15, 12, 25 on the lvl 60. After the 12, he tried running. Woops! Too late! Dropped: Rune baxe Rune kite Rune legs Rune helm Rune plate I'm still trying to figure out what the heck he had on him... 3 items over rune plate... gee what a idiot lol! So, so far I have several legs and helms, a r.o.w., a scimmy, baxe, and then the above kill. The r.o.w. drop was from a lvl 53 :roll:

Thats a shame. I always enjoyed your posts here on the forums... some were maybe a bit blunt :lol: but, overall, I thought you contributed well. But, I completely understand. I had a character for about a year, quit, then came back. I found it to be more entertaining... but if I do quit again, I will remember my password incase I ever want to come back. G'bye. Last week, we got the quest help thing. Gee, thats what tipit is for :lol: We didnt get any game updates. I'm sure the website updaters and game updaters are different people... Its 12:30 Eastern Time... usually by now there has been an update. Maybe something big is coming?? Maybe the new game engine was supposed to come out, but they're having problems?? I'm just hoping its coming out soon... and hopefully its BIG!!!! :lol: Now, I know that we are not entitled to an update every week... I've just gotten used to it lol

Probably because he scammed someone, duh. I'm willing to bet that 9 out of the 10 people who complain about being unfairly banned were actually banned for a perfectly good reason. And I can pretty much guarantee that when someone tells a story about what happened to their "friend," it's not true. :lol: I agree
