I don't think buying skills is wrong... If you have the ability, time and will to make the money, which can take quite a long time unless you are already skilled or lucky (I dont think thats easy to get or find), you gotta get something out of it, a reward of some sort and most likely its the ability to spend it and that will most likely be on items or skills. For those people who are rich already and didn't work for the money for the skills, they had to work for it somehow, sometime before.. its not rl where you could start existance already rich, its runescape. There is nothing wrong with buying skills, its just that for some reason it mocks those who actually trained it up instead of spending a wad of cash and getting it up, or doing a minigame for it (farming n Vinesweeper), or using guides for it (quest, lava)... Different respect earned, thats what it comes to, for some reason most people respect those who have worked hard to train up their skill more then those who 'bought' it. Only issue is how you can't tell the difference because the achievement cape looks the same for everyone with one. So there should be like 2-3 types of every cape, one that says 'I got this 99 skill by working for it' and one that says 'I bought this 99 skill' and for some of the capes 'I only used a minigame for this'. For the quest and lava cape there would be the 'I used a guide for this' and 'no guides! in your face!'. If this is put to reality, then maybe people will stop the comments 'all you did was spend a load of cash for it', 'you did it with a guide', 'you just no-lifed a minigame'. See then we would have peace with each other because then we could know who to respect more when we see their capes... Yah..nothing wrong with buying skills...

HDRS and no FS None of everything The best choice is the middle one, f2p gets HDRS but no FS, because FS blocks out ads. Its a better choice see, if a new player to RuneScape played the F2P version without the HD, they will either be 'omg graphics suck, im out this game' or... 'wow members get better graphics, I want to be a member', yah I think the first choice is more likely looking at the supposed age group that will go for RuneScape, it won't exactly be as you think, thats why they gotta have the HD, no FS, then they will either go 'wow good graphics, I want more, so give it' or 'wow great game, great graphics, time to be a member', then again its not as you think, but I believe the second choice is more likely. But that and the arguments about f2p, Jagex has a use for them..financially, thats why they even bother, otherwise its like one of those RPG games where its like 'omg free trial for this cool game with cool graphics, aww, I can only play it for 5 days'. I don't get why people are so mean to F2Ps begging for updates, as much as there can be argued for F2P and against F2P, the decision still lies with Jagex, whether it be player-favouring or financial/business based. Whatever that is, you either like it or increase the post and topic counts of the Rants topic, which I prefer if most people got the first option.

Isnt carbon and coal the same things?? For me I hardly learned anything on Runescape other then some minor science and maybe some money skills to use irl which im not good at. Typing too.

And I thought it was a privillage to be able to bank in Lumbridge. The new bank ruins one of the concepts of Recipe For Disaster. And even if its to support the newest players you will need to think that maybe if they got directions to the Draynor Village or Al Kharid bank they could learn to navigate around Runescape better and not ask people like me for directions to 'where's edgeville'.

If your talking about biggest update as in influence it would be the pure essence change I guess. Theres also tons of others though like many pointed out.

Some Ownage 9hp accounts there... I remembered that back in RSC when fatigue was still there, When you got 100% you would not gain exp, but you would still do what you could do at that lvl. Maybe thats how some people got some weird accounts.

I think the gauntlets help with commonly used food and the monkfish is not one of it. How many monkfish sellers do u see compared to lobbys and sharks?

you might need to get your hp,ranged and magic lvl up a bit so you can withstand the huge amounts of damage you will get fighting the desert treasure bosses and be able to deal higher damage with ranged or spells. melee is a bonus but you should get it up anyways.. but for the bosses, prayer and either magic or ranged is good enough. But as of the stats now i suggest that you dont do the quest unless you have the cash to buy the resources or maybe have someone able enough to 'lead the way' in the quest.

And there actually was a hidden prayer update, if anyone recognizes the ectofuntus prayer training method(bone grinding) you will know about the bone grinder located upstairs in the temple. the hidden prayer update was the time of bone grinding in the machine increased. I believe it normally took a second but now it takes 2 seconds.

For me, i would buy full dragon, all barrows armors, 2 of every phat and the rest..i would spend it on either a pure or when POHs comes out, a mansion.
