It depends what day the holiday is on. If it was on a Friday-Sunday they'd bring it out the week before, but because Halloween falls on a Tuesday this year, they don't need to, they update will still be out on the day, fi not the day before. Also, as already stated, the Halloween update was on the night of Halloween last year: 31 October 2005 - Halloween Update!!

Thank you both :D all 80 doesn't look too far, but mining will be the main thing stopping me, lol :oops: Was 66 mining at the end of Rsc.. only 7 levels since then :oops: Firstly i'll be going for 85 construction, which I already have the planks for, so that is only a few days away :D Then i'll be moving on to crafting and herblaw :) Probably 84 crafting, and 81 herblaw for now :) Thank you too :D Thieving has always been one of my favourite skills too, wasn't quite as high as 83 on rsc, but I still enjoyed training it, lol :oops: Check out my guide if you want to try Pyramid Plunder. :) Had to remove some smileys, lol Think I might add a rsc stat pic to my first post :) lol

How does getting the fire cape take luck? :? Unless you count the position where Jad spawns as luck, there's nothing about getting the fire cape that require luck. Anyway, cape is more impressive in my opinion.

Jagex are trying to make people want to train construction higher. Giving more benefits to higher levels is the best way to do that. ;)

They're a way of showing that you have a skill at 99, Jagex never said the bonuses of them would be great.

Ah, yes, high levels should not be given updates. Oh, and every update should be suitable to you, right? Grow up.
