how long a day is the ideal amount for exercise?

hello off topic, i have decided to get in my healthy weight range and loose this beer gut of mine :lol: basically i need to lose about 7 kg or more to be in the healthy body mass index range i have a lot of spare time on my hands i just need to know what would be good exercise oh yeah and i play basketball for 40 minutes a week in a team too so any help would be much appreciated :)

I have pneumonia when i was like 2 and almost died but I'm still here I'm fairly sure that was cheating death :-k

I only go for the panthers because i was born here and have always supported them i even got the train with MG a few times when i used to play when i was like 9 so yeah and i occasionally see a few players, i even know one of the players brothers we were in a lot of the same classes at school but sharks are my 2nd favorite team so good luck to you as well boys :D

yeah i had to repair mine not long ago but it was only gone for a week so i didn't mind it being repaired too much. better to miss a week then to not have it.

lol me and my friends did a steve irwin parody once too. it was to the song "shot threw the heart" the beggining went something like this: Stabbed through the heart, by a stingray, yeaaa steve irwin haddd a bad day. well the talent show i was in happened about 5 years ago so yeah i wrestled a huge paper mashay(sp?) crocodile and got bitten by a toy snake :XD:

yeah my primary school used to have one i remember one year me and a few mates entered with a Steve Irwin parody and won 3rd place :D prize was like $10 and there were 4 of us so i got to buy chips for lunch that day :thumbsup:

yeah they shouldn't really let them back on in any case if you get concussed because you would most likely still be a bit groggy for a few hours
