Yes.. Anyway, with the additional resources and manpower employed from Africa the Swiss Space program looks set to launch in the second half of 2018, arriving in the second half of 2023. Research into the P-Jet has yielded a 'High Economy' setting, which can cut fuel consumption by 50%, however it pulses out hazardous levels of X-Ray Radiation, and requires 400% of the electrical energy.
