Defence from the Swiss? Who said anything about the Swiss? This is about Brungarnian independance. Italy is annoyed by the fact that Germany and France seem to think that its ok to send spies into their country...and overtly blow up bridges(Wait, you never did that...oh, wait, yes you did =P)

Fraid not, its 'Manifest Destiny' day...but Retech doesn't seem that fussed.
