Retech, the American people do not have an unlimited amount of money. ALL of the money taken out by Taxes goes back into the economy, or goes though the balance of trade, representing a small deficet or surplus. Its a cycle...

So...Basically...If America joins the third world it can get out of debt....Well it would certainly destroy the world economy.

Yeah- Right...So basically you are going to charge the American people 200 Billion Dollars a year, which they will never get back.... You are looking at a massive fall in GDP because America will become soooooo poor.

Dusty, everyone has equal input into S-Net so I am happy with that arrangement. (Also 1 server probably won't do a massive amount, so could you have a couple of server farms?) Value of gold would drop if the American Dollar lost substance, as would happen if you took Ebay, Amazon and the like offline. Since S-Net is still less than perfect due to the nature of the satalites used disabling ISPs would have a knock on effect on these services. Added to that(from a game mechanic point of view) the value of Gold should drop down a bit now that the recession is over, since people are not as worried about currency becoming useless suddenly(How gold would be more useful is beyond me, but thats the way the cookie crumbles.)

S-Net is a wireless internet connection based off of orbiting satalites...virtually every laptop in the world built in the last 6 years has a wireless modem, thus everyone who has a less than 6 year old laptop has free access to the Internet and S-Net....S-Net being a better, freer and less regulated version of the Internet. Cybersecurity(Specifically aimed at S-Net) would be discrimination and denounced as such. S-Net is also downloadable from any internet connected computer, thus Microsoft has very little power, except, obviously, installing an update, which it is prevented from doing by Federal law after it screwed Netscape out of the bussiness.

Yes. However currently the 'world' is against GM Humans and so S-Net reflects that....Kinda like how Switzerland is for Chemical weapons but the 'world' is against that.

S-Net is in the process of taking over the market....Free Wireless Internet Access to everyone is a bit hard to ignore when nearly everyone has a wireless modem.
