very cool... also to make a border... you can select the top layer, hit ctrl+A and then go to edit stroke and set the width, color, opacity...

Maybe make the dimensions smaller too. ANd lower the quality a little bit, and if your using a dither try not to.

Actually well the kirby looks cartoonish so i did my own landscape but I feel it doesn't look out of place at all but thats just me a guy talking.... Anyways good job on the kirby sig.

keep going i just think the text for the COMBAT should be changed to something more prominent and bold like you got for the Operation FL and use a stroke on it...
