What armour is a good range def bonus?

Whats the difference between before you grapple over, to the area after you grapple over? Ive been to both, both seem the same, apart from the added spiritual mages?

Ive got a clue scroll and ive put in the co-ord's. Now its ended up being in the middle of the dual arena in al kahrid. But its like in the top right hand arena, how do i get in there?

Ive got a clue to do and its co-ords. (24deg 54mins North - 18deg 43mins East) Ive ended up findin it at pirates lockout right at top of wilderness. I cant get in tho. Anyone help?

I wanna come back and play Runescape, but am unsure about weather to or not. Since my age is abit off putting lol. Im 23, 24 in feb. Just wanting your opinions. I mean, I loved playin the game, it was a hobby it relaxed me and I did enjoy it. How old are you guys like? Would you come back if you was gonna turn 24 in feb. O and Im gonna be a dad in about 3 weeks, if he's out on the due date lol.

This is more of advice. Im not sure what to do. I played Runescape for ages. Has some of you may know, with previous posts. Now I stopped playin it cos I got bored, I also sorta felt a sad man.. Cos am 23. Im gonna be a daddy in December. Would it be wise of me to stay off Runescape, or keep playing. When I did play, I was obsessed, I loved it. Just need your opinions on what to do.
