go buy runes from mage guild, and zammy wizzard guy, then hop on my f2p noob and train him.

Its because the amount of these rares in the game are always decreasing or staying the same. Thus the price will go up. Things like D meds, and d chains are always going to decrease because these will increase in number.

Don't quote me on this but wizards in the wizard tower were pretty good. I havn't tried them in rs2 though, I'll have to train my pure up a bit before I can see if they're any good now.

There is many things that players do that monsters don't do. If we make these changes, monsters will be as exciting to kill as players! 1. Monsters can 'x' a) 1/2 monsters spawn can wield flowers or a rubber chicken B) one half of those monsters will 'x' with prayer c) They will continue 'x'ing untill one minute, and then the monsters respawn after a certain amount of time. 2. Monsters will now pray a) All monsters have 43 prayer B) 1/10 Monsters will have 80 prayer c) 1/2 will pray on site d) 1/2 prays inacorrdance to your combat style e) This does not affect the Kalphite, but she may 'x' 3. Monsters will now run A) 1/4 monsters run on site B) 1/2 of monsters will run and pray at 10hp or less C) All monsters that run will try to get you stuck in objects 4. Monsters will now teleport A) 1/3 monsters spawn will have tele runes B) 1/2 of those monsters will teleport on the first hit C) The other will teleport at 20% health or less D) All monsters will be equipped with a ring of life 5. When monsters hit any amount of damage, or escape from you they will now say these phrases. A) omfg owned B) omg u shk C) run plz D) hahahaha I escape u shk E) its stupid to have honor on an online game F) everytime you attack or the monster attacks it will say 'noob' Note1: Teleblock and Bind spells will work so melees and rangers will now be underpowered when fighting monsters!!!!!!!!!!!
