I don't believe you have any authority to tell me what I should think is/isn't right. If i'm curious about something I will post it. Either accept it as my opinion or prove otherwise. Either way I highly doubt my curiosity will have any effect on the war if it is indeed still on. Tip.it is the only forum I've seen that has posted publicly that the war is off. So it seems a large amount of people already believe that the war is still on. Why cant some post in clan discussion without trying to induce an arguement? Makes things really unfriendly here...

Is it just me or does this all sound like a ploy to get people to believe there is no war so nobody will come and loot? :oops: With the lack of flaming from either side on rsc and di forums im a bit skeptical. *me being paranoid* (though my paranoia is often correct)

Yeah people make copycat groups all the time. We don't mind. They always fail and we have no reason to compete with them.

Ive heard that if you go to cabbage picking marathons you get the ability to make your own phats. Though the voice inside my head says alot of things.

And there will be no prize for you... I'll be sure to come, if I can remember to come [people should invent some kind of organizer]. Just a Q: loads of people will be there, will we be able to pick in the usual patterns, or is it just a whole lotta chaos? Oh it will be chaos. If the respawn rate isnt fixed by then it will be even more chaotic. When theres that many people picking cabbage people just pick any cabbage that is within reach. The last marathon the patch was maybe 80% picked during the whole marathon :D

Shelf led us over there and he picked a draynor cabbage and ate it. We had to take him to the holy cabbage to heal him of its evilness. So its still pickable. Or shall i say pick-upable.

Your welcome to keep the cabbage you pick but I dont see what you would want with it. It's useless.

Its time for another picking marathon I think. The last one was held October 2005, Jman315933 being the winner, now an Acolyte. INFO: Now a Cabbage Picking Marathon is an event that is very near and dear to the Order of Cabbage. It rolls everything we stand for into one giant cabbage omelette (try it with cheese and bacon) that we squeeze into 1 hour. The Marathon in a nutshell: Everyone competes to see who can pick the most cabbage in 1 hour "Oh my! but how does such an event take place oh master Sledge?" Well Timmy, we all gather outside the cabbage patch north-west of Draynor, world 7. At the designated time (7pm GMT, 2pm EST) I will give the order to start picking, at which point everyone hops the magical stile and picks cabbage to your hearts content. After you have picked a full load (28 cabbages) you: -hop the stile -bank your cabbages at the Draynor bank -race back to the patch -resume picking -repeat The Marathon lasts one hour. At the end I will be telling everyone to stop picking. At which point you: -go to the bank -take out all the cabbages you have picked during the 1 hour in noted form -wait patiently outside the cabbage patch This will be a stressful time for me as I will be collecting cabbages, typing out dozens of names and how much they picked, tallying the numbers and arranging the names by number of cabbages so please bear with me. During the Marathon every once in a while you will see me running around dropping items and yelling OoC Trivia's that you can answer and win stuff. After that is all organized there will be much announcing and celebrating :D Important: This is a fun event and all we are wanting is to spread the love of cabbage. Please dont ruin the fun and hand in cabbages that you didn't pick during the marathon. I wont be giving out prizes for who picks the most. Come by for a cabtasic time. I'm always seeing posts with people saying they want to join and whatnot. I'd like to clear up some things. 1. We are a Cult, not a clan. 2. Joining our forums does not make you OoC. 3. It's impossible to sell the cabbage stash to the cabbage fairy in the lost city and make a profit. 4. OoC is invite only. If you want to be OoC you will likely not get in. Its easy to tell if your only wanting fame. 5. We hate Draynor Manor cabbage. More then Onions. 6. We are NOT a religous cult FIN Kah bah gee! :wink:

Pretty much all of those idea's are the opposite to what the OoC is all about. We WANT to pick cabbage together and in the same place. Thats what makes it much more fun. Picking by yourself can get pretty boring.

I found out about the mask increase a day or 2 after they went up and I don't know how long it took for it to happen. But Duke I really must respond to you saying, I'm not accusing this with no evidence. When it was happening there were people everywhere urging everyone to sell for certain high prices, and people did. Also many claiming they were buying santa's for these prices, yet not making trades. If I have not seen these I would not have made this topic. Be it poor manipulation, but if thats not price manipulation than I dont know what is. So please dont prejudge me like that.

Yar I know all rares get manipulated but ive never seen one of this scale in a short time first hand. When phats shoot up by 5-10m people rarely say boo but a 500k-1m increase in a day for santa's is quite alot. I think bjbj1991's first statement is very true and probably plays a huge role in the increase of all the smaller rares. As expected a short time after the manipulation began flocks of santa horders came in an brought the price down. I really do think topics like this stop manipulation spree's because all the horders who see this would likely get down there and sell for less. It only takes 1 Horder to bring down a manipulation sometimes.

There are so many of them is my point. Masks and phats can keep those high prices because there arnt as many of them. There are so many santa's out there I dont see how it can keep up when the santa horders sell because of this.

Now this is just out of hand. In p2p and f2p markets tons of people are trying to drive santa prices over 7m. And people are falling for it with all the people making fake trades. Santa's? Do they not know people have hundreds of these stored? Blarg.. What you all think of this? Btw for flamers, I have a santa.
