I dont see the point in getting 200m exp in any skill that already has the first 1-2 pages of highscores filled up. No one but yourself would really acknowledge your accomplishment, the exp and time could have been dedicated to other, more rewarding goals. Its different if your goal is 200m exp ALL skills or 200m slayer which accumulates lots of exp in a wide array of skills, but 200m cook/fletch/firemaking and maybe thieving are dumb if its your only 200m. I feel like its the "easy route" and would be less satisfying than actually getting 99 in that skill.

God forbid rs has any clicking intensive skills left. Soon you will just log on and leave your pc for 5 weeks and come back to a maxed account with completionist cape.

Its more efficient to use effigies to train rc then it is to manually train rc plus you get combat experience.

Jagex didnt think anyone would max after the released 120 dungeoneering let alone achieve 3 billion experience. Elias went up against those odds and in turn broke rs. When he achieved 3b xp, a dark abyss opened up and andrew gower came out of it like a pokemon or some [cabbage] and swallowed elias up whole. Saying elias went on vacation is only a ploy to cover up his tracks.

Be honest, if you could train past 200m would you? More so then those who are already 200m? To me thats a pretty stupid reason to stop playing rs.

Wouldnt common sense tell you 5b is the max because of the restraint of 200m exp per skill. There is probably no cap on overall exp you can gain, its just restrained by how many skills are in rs. If the cap was between 3-5b then theoretically a person could max 24 skills and not be able to level the 25th skill at all. Thats why sometimes its stupid to even question some topics. Also in regards to paperbag - think of real life as rs and think of your daily tasks as skills. Obviously you wont be an expert at everything unless you practice. Pretend having a job is a skill and you have to start at level 1. Lol

Most games offer this. It doesnt make it your idea, it just makes jagex one of the last to think of implementing it. Most people who play more than rs probably play a game that offers queuing so would have thought of it trying to get on a busy world.

Maybe some people with 99's should all do the fastest methods and record their gains for an hour(s) and just avg the results. It should eliminate the max/min (in terms of good luck and bad luck) and the outcome should be a number that sits nicely inbetween. Get like 10 people from this thread.
