Some idiot who hasn't evolved yet. Seriously, when will people realize that the pre-eovlved Pokémon suck? And it's not an opinion it's a fact. Not everyone uses Pokemon for battling. Some use them as pets. Quite frankly, I'd rather have a Charmander for a pet than a Charizard. To be entirely honest I don't think it would be a good idea to have Pokémon as a pet because they have supernatural abilities. A Charmander could burn your house easily.
