Awesome, you make it look realisic (I mean not realistic, like Runescapey, you know what I mean). You're really good at that, are you the one who made the RS guy in the rain? I love it , it couldn't look more Runescapey.

I'll give this a go tonight or tommorrow. Sounds kinda dumb, but is navy blue a dark shade of blue? Or is it a lighter shade?

Sorry... what part was confusing? Or was it all of it :shock: ? I'm sure someone here can explain it better, but I dunno how to explain it any other way... But I guess I can try it I'm gonna use Mol as an example with one letter popping up after another, like this- Frame 1- M Frame 2- Mo Frame 3- Mol 1. Open up Photoshop. 2. Use the text tool, type in "m". 3. On a new layer, I type in "o" next to the m. 4. On another layer, I type in "l" next to the o 5. Now I click the little thing at the bottom of the tools palette to go into Imageready. 6. At the bottom, there will be a window with tabs, and one of the tabs say "animation". I click that tab. (If that window is not there, you can find it under "window" at the top). 7. On this frame, I make layer "m" visible (on the layer palette). 8. On the animation window, I click new frame. 9. I make the layer "o" visible 10. I make yet another frame, and make the layer "l" visible. 11. I set the frame delay, which is right under the frame you want, to 2, because I want it to be slower. 12. I save it.

Well actually youre not doing the animation in photoshop, its in imageready... But thats off topic. Sorry, I dunno any other programs. GraphicsGale can do it, but thats for like pixel stuff, plus you have to be registered. But I'm sure theres some other programs.

First make a new photoshop document... Ok, to start, make every different letter you want to move/disappear/appear a different layer. So if I wanted to make a text animation that made letters appear 1 by 1, then I would make 1 layer for M, then make a new layer, put the o where I want it, etc. (Sorry if this is confusing) Now, go from Photoshop to Imageready. There should be a little window at the bottom that has tabs, and one of them says "animation". Click that. Ok, so, I want the have the letter "m" appear first. I hide every layer except the layer that has the letter "m". Now, make a new frame (do that in the animation window you clicked in the step above). Then in that one, I would make the layer with the letter "o" appear. Then do that with the l, the i, etc. Then you have to save it, under the file menu. (You probably know this, but animations only work under .gif.) If there was any part of that you didn't understand, tell me.

Looks good for a "whatever job". Still kinda simple though.

God, I'm really sorry to here that. Those loser hackers just do stuff like that because they're too dumb to get their own stuff. They should try to raise a character really high, then get theirselves hacked, see how they feel. I'm really sorry to here that. You don't know me, but I've seen your sigs, and they are awesome. By the look of the sigs you've made, you're probably one of the board's best pixel artists. :cry:

Some people may have a different opinion, but I really like that orange color. I usually don't like orange but I think it goes good in that scene. I don't like the planet too much. I'm not sure, but theres something about it that makes it look sort of flat, like paper. But again, the color looks good on it. I like that group of stars at the top in the middle, it looks, well, I dont know how to put it, but I like it. The other bright star is Ok, but maybe too bright? But overall, I think its pretty good, mabe 7.25/10.

If you know it sucks, why did you post it in the first place :roll: Don't just spend five minutes on something and post it. Something that takes 5 minutes isn't going to look good, so spend more time on stuff before you post them.

What ever happened to your other one? I had a bid on one of them, the one with the moon and "Naolei". Ill bid 60k on it I guess.

Well actually it wasnt premade from blender. I just made it with a style on PS. For step 28, I mean which part of the abstract do you right click? I dont get it, I clicked on the middle dot thing, I clicked on other dots, and nothing happened. Sorry I didnt save it, but Ill try one again and take a pic.

Im confused on step 28. When you say right click, what am I supposed to right click? Also I tried adding a wooden texture but it turned all colorful and completely different from what I had. What happened there?

Its a 3d program, its free. Nice turtorial, now I can actually do something on blender without being all confused.

It looks like you just put 3 colors with the fill tool and text with the drop shadow. Its just... so ... plain. Its just uninteristing. Just three basic colors and text. I would definitely add something to it, atleast like a pic or something.

Uhh, :shock: ? Umm here are some tips- 1.Save as png/gif 2.Shade 3.Don't make the bg a basic color 4.Make the characters shape better? Well I cant think of nething else right now but, yeah, um :shock: .
