Tablets are just like mice, but since it is a pen it is easier to draw with. You can browse etc with them. If you want to browse it is handy to have right and left click buttons on the pen.

Wacom tablets are the way to go. My Graphire 4 XL set me back about ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã150, but it was definately worth it. The Wacom site has ben mentioned. Good luck finding a tablet :D

This signature is 41kb, and I am trying to get it down to tip it limits: It's already a PNG, and my file reducing knowledge ends at knowing a PNG is a low size compared to a JPEG. Instead of doing it for me, for future reference, can someone tell me a few ways to reduce the size? See my above post for a few suggestions. Also, perhaps you could slightly change the shapes of the gates and towers, and perhaps th colour. You know, a greeny black for the evil guys and a whitey blue stone for the good guys?

As Gradia said, try to make them different. Perhaps one side, red banners with barabric symbols, and the other blue an knightly. Also, the dragon does look weird. Try looking at Dark Shadows recent dragon Sig, it should give you some pointers. Other than that, looking good =)

Hmm, I'm not sure about making the eye smaller. I'm going for a psychotic look, I mean, wouldn;t you be happy if you had just got full ahrims? He's meant to look agressive, so I'll leave the eye, unles it is popular opinion it should be changed. I'll get working on the rest of the wall, and post an update when I've done a bit more.

I think I have fixed the strange shading on the arm (update in first post). The shading was very abrupt on that sleeve. but I have evened it out a bit and I think it looks better. Is that what you mean frostbite? Also, anything you noticed?

Update 2 - Update - Original - This is my entry for a competition on the media board. The guy is on holiday atm, so I decided I'd foloow the other artists and post my WIP. All C&C welcome. A few things in particular I'd like to ask advice on are the Ahrims robes, and the wall that is shaded. Do the robes look good, and does the wall look ok? Edit:: The D and W in the corner are just my scales for the wall and door, the'll be removed once the wall and door are done.

Sorry Emon, I'm making it for a friend who is aiming for 85 slayer (83 atm, I better hurry up lol). Thanks for the critique venomai. I like to sketch things out beforehand, but the lack of a scanner is a problem. I'm getting a graphics tablet soon (7 days!!!!!!!) but I think scaners are better for this kind of thing. Can you recommend any sites so I can work on anatomy? As a side note, I wubs your Dumbledore theory :mrgreen:

This is how I do it, dunno if you like it or not. the san it just a bit more detailed than what paw did, and the water is just me experimenting :D

Well, I designed mines to the scale of the train line (which is awfully small compared to some of the new buildings) but seeing as the cafe is the basic sizes everyone is following, you can remove my bank if it is felt that the scale is bad. I'm not going to resize it (I'm no good at that) so as I said remove it if you need to. I'll make a killer robot to war with the other though :D EDIT:: The aliens are coming!
