the only reason why i have priv chat on friends, is that i get a semi-heartattack from all noobs PMing me and say "zomgzoh hi omg ur are the I KNOW YOU can y0 bliemve tlking to ure omg?!?" (directly copied from 1 pm, lol) I think thats one of the main reasons everyone has their chat on friends =/

I must have missed a meeting because I (and other admins) never knew we decided that. :-s Well, when someone was suggesting some subforums for various things (not gonna mention what they are, because i dont remember :D) i said Kiara saying "No more sub-forums please..." So... Well, i dont know, just wanted to mention that, but awell.. On topic, i dont really care about how it is, and i think its ok to be where ever it is now, because some of the "rate this" things were alot Blog-like things.. So now when its being subforum where it is, people will see the blogscape forum and realize "this is where my topic belongs" or something... Just my few thoughts
