I chose not to charge to 99 magic because I wasn't wanting to waste 30m gp to do it (and I felt that it obviously wasn't how Jagex intended the spell to be used), then what do you know... I get my 45k magic logs and nats (among other things) all stolen anyway... Another thing you might try is Miscellania. I'm not sure if it still takes your money if you have everybody set to idle, but you can store up to 1m (or is it 5m?) in your kingdom up there if you've done the quest. That's what I was going to say. Just go to Miscellania and store some cash there. I'm not sure but I don't think they take any cash if you have them all set on idle. You can store up to 5M cash there. So there's your "Safe Deposit Box".

95 Fletching. But these days who doesn't have 90+ Fletching/Cooking? Oh well.

Here's a game that I thought I'd share with you all. You create a sort of punk style music using various number sequences. One for a Bass Player, One for a Drummer and finally one for a Lead Guitar. That's what I would like to know too. Why not just better your main instead of investing time into a new character? Meh. I've had one "noob" character that I worked on for like a week. This was before RS2 so I didn't play much for leveling. But once I started to think that I could be training my main instead, I gave up on her.

You need atleast level 30 (sometimes higher, depends on the skill) to appear in the RuneScape highscores. Which is where Stat signatures pull their information from. If you don't appear in the RuneScape highscores then the stats signature won't have any information to put into the signature. Thus leaving it blank like yours is now. Hope this helps. If they were stupid enough to waste $400 of REAL money on pixels then that's their fault. If they were actually trying to scam you then you stopped them. Sounds like a "win win" type of situation for you. I wouldn't worry about anything happening to you.

Couldn't of said it better myself. I cannot stand to listen to all that garbage when I'm playing RuneScape. Why can't people just talk in complete sentences? It makes things soooo much easier to understand. There's been times where I'm in game and have had to read a sentence (If you could even call it that) 2-4 times just to understand it. Grammar and correct spelling are big issues with me. It just makes things easier.
