Yes well the english language is the most absurd language ever. There are countless rules with even more direct contradictions that apply to these rules. Several letters meerly duplicate other letters. And some of the words make ABSOLUTELY no sence. Knife technically SHOULD be spelled "nife", but the english language is so incredibly broken people dont see why they cant change the rules at their own will. Which is exactly why I'm going to have a child named John, but pronounced as Bob, because I speak english, and therefore have the ability to twist every letter to my will :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: Just as they call scimitars, skimmys.

There is a way for people to macro and never have a fear of random events ever. I noticed if you walk away to a certain length, so theytunr around, but then go back into thier area, they will not go away or attack you. So I had a golem hanging out next to me for about half an hour. When this happens you can not get another random event and the golem will not attack you again. I think this can become a serious problem in the game.

There is no actual time rule for the NPC"S that chase you, its a distance thing, I remeber some highly agressive creature was attempting to chase me for about an hour.

no they dont, so the amulet would work against them should it be implemented. but it would never work with the jail guards, because they play a role in a quest. And bubsa, the 20 minute rule does not apply to all NPC's

These rules dont apply for all monsters. Like giant bats will attack anyone for hours. These mosnters aren't there to try and kill you, they're meant to be annoying. Which I personally dont think thats something Jagex should go for without giving a solution.
