I don't think jagex would make another f2p quest for a LONG time!

Well it depends what are you going for? Money or xp? For money short answer blood chests. I usually find myself thieving around 70-80k per hour in gold and blood runes. Killing ogres for xp doesnt hurt either. If you were aiming for xp then i would go with knights since they have a great xp per thieve and they will probably be your fastest way to 99.

Well my sources tell me that the 100 quest will reveal the true identity of the crab warrior... me.

Just take a break from the game for awhile. That's what i've done and I find my self enjoying the game as much as I was when I started to play it.
