Getting hacked wouldn't motivate me at all, just annoy me. I hate making money in the game. I'd rather train my slayer and combat stats then fish 7000 lobbies or cut 4000 yews etc.

Yeah, and Kalphites can also be assigned by the Burthrope slayer master. Kalphite workers are level 28, hence why they are asssigned by Turael. Besides, when they say "kill x amount of Kalphites" It can be any of their classes.

Well, here's another "Slayer rules" advert if i've ever read one :) Anyways i'm quite shocked that one of the top players doesn't even have a fire cape, unless of course (probably), hes wearing it and isn't in his bank right now.

Well, you can't really complain about dying in the wild. You don't like to die, are afraid of dying, don't like PK'ers, etc. Don't go in the wild. That goes for RC'ers :twisted:

Relax people. Any slayer task that can be assigned by the burthrope slayer master cannot be exchanged for an easier one I know, it's lame. Just kill your desert lizards like the rest of us... besides they're such a low level it wont take long.

Business? Lol my friend Jagex isn't trying to put tip.it out of "business". They are merely adding a ultra-safe alternative to fan sites. As long as tip.it and other fan sites abhor to Jagex's rules for fansites, then we have nothing to worry about. They're probably using it also to draw in more advert revenue.

I logged on today to finish my slayer task which was bloodvelds and for the most part was having a good ol' time, ranging them, picking up their precious blood runes. Then, about 20 minutes later a 122 comes up to me wearing full dharoks and asks "Did U get my whip?" Im like ?. Then he mentions he died like 30 mins ago... Bah! Anyone else have a story about bad luck or timing within this game?

Because they don't afford it. Another bad arguement. I'm sure most people (if they worked for it) can afford rares. They don't want to buy them simply because they have more common sense and wish to use the money elsewhere for skills etc.

I think jealously is an overused and misunderstood reasoning behind why people actually hate rare items. After all, isn't jealously the root cause and desire to obtain such an item that is an unweilding symbol of wealth, power and status within the game? Besides I doubt, no, I know that Jagex doesn't enjoy watching what was to be intended as a simple "customer appreation" turn into such a farce. Why do you think they stopped the holiday drops for a year and then to return them with untradable qualities? Is Jagex jealous? No. They're furious, and the soul reason why they havent made previous holiday drops untradeable or removed them all together is due to the soul fact that so many have invested their life earnings into these trophies and it would cause an unwarranting revolt within the runescape community that Jagex would rather leave them alone then put up with the thousands of complaints that would follow suit. So they sit back and continue to watch the inflation rate of these rares rise to unbelievable heights that have no end in sight. I believe that people hate the rares because they stand for so much that they shouldn't.

I practically play this game on my own but thats how ive always liked to enjoy games. So no i wouldn't.

Man that's a set back but can be recovered apon. PK'ers almost ruined my day as well when i went to the top of the wild to do a level 3 clue. Then i spot a 126 killing magic axes over by my dig spot so i switch servers. Then when im coming back to the level to tele back to ardougne, i spot 3 pkers on my map camping the entrance as 2 rush me i switched servers. Thank god for the log out button!

Lol sell him some expensive rares and kill him to get your stuff back :twisted: (I know you can't it would be cool though)

Heh my best tear count was prob around 45. I can never catch a break on that game.
