Well, I'm usually a f2p. I become member occasionally. While these arguments are sometimes valid, I believe that the biggest f2p bank space problems are random event stuff and noobness. Noobness can only be solved with experience. At some point in one's runescape career, the adventurer will have to make the descision between the pile of ashes he/she might need, and that rune pickaxe. Tough. Full zombie, full prince, and several mime spaces in my (f2p) account are, well, space consuming. F2p should be allowed a way to store random costumes. Unfortunately, with the release of the P2p costume room, there is no reason why they should allow costume storage. This is yet another incintive to acquire members: "become p2p, store your costumes out-of-bank!" I don't agree with this. There needs to be some regulated way of allow this costume room to be of greater advantage than another way of storing, which should be accessible by f2p.
