You could pick a Russian country, nobody is in the east yet and won't be for a while (contrary to what Icu is predicting). As he says, Austria and Bohemia are doing ok, though bohemia is a disgusting colour. Vijdahsxdbj has taken control of most of india and could be a good pick, but I don't know how viable that is due to their tech group.

For Hamachi, you install, then click Network -> Join existing network -> details in the OP For Mumble, you install, click connect -> add server -> details in op for eu3, you go multiplayer -> join game -> input dustys ip (which you can find in hamachi)
