  1. Which is a bit daft really considering the exp to get 1 skill to 99 is equivalent to the exp needed to get all skills to 67 each - be willing to bet most people have over 13 mill total exp these days. I'd quite like to see that done - 8 pots made per second for 4 hours non-stop not including the slight delay of banking the inventory loads.
  2. Me, I collect black daggers - they don't drop often though. The fact that I have well over 5k buckets is entirely circumstantial - between batches of glass making, batches of compost making and the occasional dairy product, such collections are innevitable :P
  3. Would like new centrepiece options for my Garden - a gallows or a guillotine would be nice
  4. ^I think its fair for F2Pers to get these - they already can't get thieving capes, slayer capes, fletching capes, farming capes etc... Also, anyone who got a skill to 99 in F2P the whole time needs a bloomin' monument in their honour, so a cape is the least they can do... well, nothing is the least they can do, but you know what I meant :P
  5. Public health warning: I do not condone or endorse the following reasons for making an account. Food mules - for prolonged training. Flamer accounts - so the main doesn't get in trouble. Bait - encourage your prey to skull.
  6. I like the new equip thing - don't like that you have to wait til you're out of combat to check your equipped stats though :P Probably done to make things a little easier for those with English as a 2nd language - not meant as patronising.
  7. Guessing it'll become another reason to get members for a month - so you can free up one of those precious F2P bank spaces selling it back, then while you're there, get distracted by pickpocketing and never return to Free worlds :P
  8. I was absent most of 2005-2006. Can someone enlighten me on what the bucket rants were?
  9. I got Gluff right, pronounced Yanille like Yan-ill, and scimitar the way they say it in the pirate films - with a "sim" ;)
  10. In a choice between white/blue, red/black, or green I choose red/black and therefore am incorrectly aligned with Zamorak. My character is an Aztec lost in Asgarnia and therefore does not believe in any of the RS Gods - instead following his Goddess Itzpapalotl. Does my roleplaying mean that I forsake my beliefs in real life? No more than PKing breaks the 1st commandment.
  11. How come merchant stockpiling of money is never mentioned in the drop in item prices? I might have overlooked an important factor here, but it occurs to me that the longer merchants keep buying low - selling high, the more unevenly distributed the cash flow becomes - like in the real world where 10% of the people own 90% of the wealth - the other 90% of people with 10% of the wealth will umm & ahh over paying a small amount for something because they only have a small amount total. I appreciate the RS economy does not obey the laws of the real world economy all the time for a number of reasons (being able to conjure money out of air for one, and being able to harvest an unlimited pool of resources being another) so all a person has to do is make 500 air battlestaves or make 2084 yew longs etc and a new millionaire is born. But still, do the rules of money hoarding apply here?
  12. If you want a reason to justify PKers to people who make runes, there's a much easier line of reasoning: PKers "waste" runes trying to kill you, this lowers the numbers of deaths, bloods, etc in circulation. You have been making nats for hours therefore there's no increase in the number of deaths, bloods, so we have an increase in demand pushing the price up. By the time they bring out the blood rune altar you'll be bleeding rolling in it. Forget all this tenuous stuff about RCers who may or may not be playing at that particular hour - may or may not stop for an hour over a measly glory amulet. Fact is, PKing costs runes, you make runes, PKers pay you more than you ever lose to keep them supplied with their fix :P
  13. Aye, own the insult and use it with pride and it loses its meaning - becomes no more insulting than walking up to someone and saying "hey, your palms are somewhat pink". Just an observation - only you know whether its an accurate one, and if it is, then take it to heart. If not, then don't. Words don't have the power to hurt - its how we take them.
  14. Pinotl combat 99 Unicorn704 combat 116 Other goals taking priority - we'll get round to it :)
  15. Some choose it because they're anxiously awaiting Ilfeen's promise of Crystal Halberds ;)
