I recently started playing runescape again and i have finally decided to go for 85 smithing. I am currently level 81 and need about 1 million exp to acheive my goal. What is the most productive/cost effective way to train smithing, currently i only have about 1.2m. RSN: Big Hound

Yeh sorry it took so long to reply but i was sleeping.... And yeh it is pre-assembled.. but what im going to try and do is from knoppix.. ill partition my C Drive into 2 drives one 10gb, other 30gb and in the 10gb 1 im going to install 98 or ME if i can find the disk... And from there ill try to trouble shoot the problem but if that dont work i guess ill be ordering a new disk thanks for the suggestion.

Well, i ran into a few viruses that completly disabled my computer so im stuck using this one for now (very slow)... I have been trying to fix it using a discus of linux called knoppix. I mounted my hard harddrive to this program and ran it and it came up with all the viruses and everything, but since it got into some of my system 32 files windows needs to reinstalled. So i found my windows restore cd and everytime it gets to around 55% it says it is unable to open GHOST.txt and the computer will restart... So my question is does anyone no how to fix this or at least another option i can take to fix my computer. Any help will be nice. Thx

I was p2p for a bit but i did all my smithing in f2p and managed to acheive level 80... I minned 31.2k coal 10k iron, 2.5k mith, 300addy... And thats how i got alot of smithing evperience. But that was is extremely slow so the best way i would say is just smith bars for people... Mine 1000 iron 2000 coal turn them into 1000 steel bars... Find some1 that will trade 1k iron 2k coal and 50-100k for the bars and just keep doing that
