  1. If a British man allegedly broke the law in Britain, against a British company and had been told there was not enough evidence to prosecute him, would it then be right for him to be shipped to a different country so that that country could try the man, under their laws? I presume that majority of you would agree with me and think no. Now let's alter the scenario: If three British men working for a British company, told by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) there was insufficient grounds for launching a case, were sent to America to face trial under American Law, why then would this be any different? I'm referring to the recent case of the Enron Three - or NatWest Three - that are being extradited to the U.S, without them having broken an American Law. They allegedly inflated its profits and filed false accounts to hide debts. The Enron crash affected lots of economies, particularly the American economy. Regardless if these men are innocent or guilty, either way they should be dealt with in Britain. Under British Law. So why then are they being taken to America? Because of the 2003 Extradition Act. Which states that if the evidence is sufficient to merit extradition then the person will be extradited. However, this does not apply when requested from the USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Meaning if any of these governments wish to do so, they may extradite someone without evidence. Let's look at a different example: Two men wanted by the American government because of alleged - yes, not proven - involvement in terrorism. Obviously the men want not to be extradited, as America is hardly renowned for their human rights record. The defendants fear they may be labelled enemy combatants and locked in Guantanamo Bay. So why does America get away with this unlawful extraditionary process? It is a breach of British citizens rights and a perfect example of how the British government needs a major re-think of its policy and the law it makes. One can only hope that the Opposition's attempt within the House of Lords to ammend the law is successful, for the benefit of the British citizens.
  2. If you enjoyed that trash you'd... I agree, Brown's books are hardly inspiring. Expand your mind, read the latter of George Orwell's work.
  3. For every Sara Strike cast, your opponents's Prayer is reduced by one. I don't know what guides you have been reading but they are all incorrect.
  4. Yes. You will have to be a Ninja Monkey however, with the right Agility requirement (48).
  5. Well, this option only happens when you trade. No, the option is always there to report for either Rule 2 or Rule 3: Item Scamming and Password Scamming respectively. If you report for Item Scamming without having traded the person then you will get the message the authir is describing. Don't message Jagex about this as you will only receive the auto-answer telling you to consult the Rules. Programs cannot eliminate the Report option from the Client-side.
  6. Report him for Password Scamming. You reported him for Item Scamming.
  7. Books are not worth it in my opinion. They are just another way to show off. The bonus given to you by the books vary. The only way it could give you a Range bonus would be if you were throwing darts or something similair, and had a book equipped in the shield space. Books are untradeable, and once you put a page in your book, you will not beable to take it back out. Once you have completed your first book, you may return to the person who originally gave you the book and he will give you a different one at a price.
  8. I found this topic which may be helpful. Perhaps if you PM the author, he may help.

Pick 27 Seaweed, then tele using a Glory. Run back to Entrana and start again. You could also pick Seaweed in Relleka, tele using the Lyre, grab some Seaweed, then tele to Seers. Or if your house was in Relleka then there would be no need for the Lyre.
  10. You could try Fire Giants then.
  11. Perhaps two or three days. Depending how long you are on for.
  12. Train on Experiments, Monkey Guards on the Atoll or Giant Skeletons in Damis' Lair. All good areas for xp.
  13. I would advise against Maging Blue Drags as they have a natural defence to Mage: their hide. You're much better Ranging them.
  14. This may be minor, but for some new users, the Clan Discussion Description of Talk about anything related to clans here! is somewhat misleading. As we know, you cannot discuss anything, but that's not what I'm getting at. A record six topics have been posted in Clan Discussion today when they should have been posted in Clan Recruitment (The sixth appearing just as I'm typing this). As for most, they simpy see discussions relating to anything to do with Clans, and post it in this forum. I hope that the description be changed to something more acurate, such as Matters relating to Clan Wars, Alliances, Stories, Advice and General Chat be posted here. Do not advertise or recruit for your Clan here. Or something similair, so the amount of unwanted topics can be cleared out of Discussions. Obviously there would be some who will still post their recruitment topic in Discussions, but hopefully if the description is changed then people would be more wary.
  15. Speak to the Gnomes, one of them will teleport you.

Well you can't sell noted items to the store, unless they are in one, five or ten. However, sometimes the price of things in the store decreases as there is more of them. Eg. First bow may sell for 30, second for 29 etc.
  17. Destroyed? Never heard of a GreeGree being destroyed when teleporting, normally it appears in your invent. PS: I think I saw you yesterday on the Atoll, World 9. You're name sounds awfully familiar...
  18. 60+ , any lower and Lobsters will be excrutiatingly slow.
  19. There are many trees around Draynor and Southern Lumbridge.
  20. I'm not a Cannon expert, so I'm unsure how using a Cannon on the demon will affect it. I would just stick with using Fire Bolt. You can trap the demon anyway, so you won't need any Prayer.
  21. It's just a trial and error process. Try one dose of red spice, two doses of red spice, etc. Try them with him until he says one of the spices is right. Then repeat again for the other coloured spices.
