Rune plate. Dont really see any decent drop parties on rs2, and the ones that are decent are way over crowdered. + Tele grab is slower on rs2 (yes I was one of those people who telegrabed at rs1 drop parties :oops:).

since u had to buy it, isnt any quest reward etc. I think u'll have to buy a new one. ohw and its tradeable i just remember so the other player will get it and you will 100% sure not get it back for free from any npc. Ouch not the best thing to pk with then :(
