There will be a group of them appear near you. You will have to look for the lead and talk to it. Then find the frog princess (or the frog prince if you are a girl) and kiss it to get your frog token. But if you ignore them, they will teleport you to a place where you have to solve a puzzle in order to get out.

Those chickens have really bad accuracy so it is not that hard to kill them with foods and a good weapon.

I agree that it is a glitch, but who knows. Maybe you CAN meet shades and zombies when you are dealing with bones (i don't care what you are doing with thme). That never happened to me. Lucky me =]

Just keep playing and you will be surprised.

A few months ago, mime is as rare as those frogs today. I wonder at what lvl of combat did you guys meet the first mime. You can only play half an hour a day in the past year and not get a mime. I got mine at combat lvl 50 =].

Welcome to the Forum!!!!! =] Well, that is the evil chicken random event. It can appear out of nowhere no matter what you are doing. It is more like a shade and zombie but the sad thing is that it attacks with magic. It is impossible to avoid its attack across from a fence because of this. If you have your prayer fully charged and you can use protection against magic, go ahead and use it since the chicken has a weak defense. It can drop nearly 100 feather, bones, raw chicken meat, AND eggs at the same time. But it is really REALLY ANNOYING!!!

I think so too. I was killing chickens and collecting feathers when I got my first mime ever. I am lvl 50 and I have collected over 8k of feather (so you can know how long I have stay in that pen). One more piece of advice, if you ever get teleported to a mime show, keep your fingers on the direction keys before you get there. The mime will start to perform immediately when you are there, so if your camera angle is not perfect, it is very easy to miss your first emote (what has happened to me =[ )

I was smithing silver when MOM came three times, saying "Thealakazam, you will do it". The reward depends on what ever you are doing. When I got the maze when I was smithing silver, I got steel arrows, chaos runes (or death), and plenty coal ores. But when I was killing chickens when I got the maze, I got steel arrows, death runes, and nearly 1k feathers!!!

Wow, you are sooooooooo lucky. But I thought that they only drop behind you. Probably they run out of space to land on.

I have gotten everything in the chicken pens. My tip is to get a full inventory of bones and don't bury any until you get that inventory full. Then bury one bone at a time. Three times that mysterious old man visited me in less than 30 minutes upon my first bone that is buried. Just stay in one place for a long time and you will get something cool eventually.

Shade robes only raise some of your prayer bonus, not as good as those monk robes respawns in the monastary (contact me if you ever need a suit of those). The general store only accept them for a few gp (less than 50 i believe but i might be wrong). But if you have patience and refusing all those buyers offering low prices, it is possible for you to sell them for over 5k or even 50k! (if there is someone that generous, like me :0. BTW, can i ask if shades only drop shade robes for member????

Oh wow.... I fished a load of trouts and I was about to swing my axe to cut logs to cook the fish when that Dr Ford appeared. When I ate all those fish, fished another load of trouts, and swinging my axe at the tree again, that Dr Ford appeared once more (in less than 5 minutes!!!). I got sooooo mad that I choose the wrong hand on purpose. He teleported me all the way from Lumby to the Monastary!!!! >=(

I think that MOM is just random. I also think that if you stay in one place for a very very VERY long time and repeat the same thing over and over and OVER again, you will meet MOM many times. I went to a maze three times in a row when I was smithing silver ores into silver bars and silver bars into tiaras and holy symbols. BTW, what has become your stats after you drank all those beers??? I was making tons of wines in the cooking guild and drank myself to 0/41 as my attack.

Welcome to the Forum!!! ^.^ Anyways, I think that as long as you stay in one place doing the same thing over and over again without boring yourself to death should give you plenty random events. I was staying in the chicken pen slaughtering chickens and burying bones got me: 1 maze, 1 mime, 3 strange boxes, once 800 gp or more (i forgot), and 2 Rick guy(who gave me money for some sort of donation) (and 2 shades and 1 zombie).

I soo agree with you. I was mining silver and putting them in the bank for over 6 hours and MOM visited me 5 times!!!

You get rewarded depend on how you have done in the show. I heard that if you miss an action or emote, you will either lose a mime item or a new emote. I don't know for sure but i have heard from others that sometimes if you miss one action, you will lose some of your hp.

Is that second event that he was saying (the one with the killing pheasant and new clothes) only for members? I played for so long and I never got one..

I have gotten all sorts of uncut gems (except dragon stone and shilo gems, since i am f2p) and the most gp I have ever gotten was 40 gp =]

I was teleported to the exact same place in the maze three times in a day when I was smithing 267 bars of silver =] (tons of rewards muhahahaha)
