I wouldn't call any country capitalist, or even socialist. All countries are pretty much a mix. Sure the US is mostly capitalist, but there are also a lot of socialist properties to it also. 1 in 5 people are employed by the government. Income tax is about 33%. You could also say that it corporatist, which may be a word I just made up. Anyways it means that corporations control a lot more than they should, and that is not capitalism. My definition of capitalism is "an economical system where the means of production are private property and are operated for profit" (instead of, for example, state-controlled electricity service, which operates for welfare). Wouldn't the U.S be very similar to that? Remember that a lot of the taxes you pay in the U.S. go to the army, not to social services. Also, the U.S. are firm advocates of free trade, even if it might bring a higher social inequality. For me, that's a capitalist point of view.

You really shouldn't bump with the same question after two minutes, it's not that necessary. You should also say what exactly do you need help with, the ZMI altar or the abyss? In order to use the ZMI altar for the best exp, you should be using Lunar Teleports to go to and fro. Seeing you already have lvl 72 magic, you could use the Ourania Teleport to go to the altar, go through the short route, using protection prayers if needed, craft the runes, then Moonclan Teleport to go back, and reapeat. In order to use the Abyss, you must first unlock it through a miniquest. I'd recommend you to read these entries before trying it, so that you know what to expect. The Abyss entry on the RC guide, and the abyss map. You should wear cheap armour that gives magic defence, a glory, weight-reducing items and a bronze pickaxe.
