About a month ago their was a stickied post that had a site, and program. It allowed you to ake screen shots and cut out the part you wanted.... I check the cureent sticky for it and none of the sites listed have it... When you opened it, their was a plain black screen with tools and options at the top. It was also free. if anyone knows what i'm talking about, or has something close to it, plz tell me and i made my sig, and avatar from it.
