It allowed you to ake screen shots and cut out the part you wanted.... I check the cureent sticky for it and none of the sites listed have it... When you opened it, their was a plain black screen with tools and options at the top. It was also free. if anyone knows what i'm talking about, or has something close to it, plz tell me and i made my sig, and avatar from it. Then paste into paint and use the crop tool? Then paste into paint and use the crop tool? Try taking a screenshot every 10-20 seconds and doing that. Kinda hectic. Also, try cropping 20+ screenshots in paint, and saving them in a half decent format. No, you don't NEED specific programs, but they make it much easier, faster, and better.
