+1 I saw a guy casting it in heroes guild with mud staff and full rune and he had 100k souls :shock: how much are souls ? and i tot they are only 1 spell per monster ? You can keep casting it on them until it actually Effects them, So if your wearing armour making your mage -66 or even further minused it will never 100% hit. So you can do it as long as you want It's never 100% chance anyway...

Yes, it works. It probably only increases the chance of the drop by 5%, but if the chance of getting the drop itself is 1/8000 then 5% of that is 1/400, so the chance would be increased to 1/7600, not much difference at all. With things like whips, say the chance is 1/400, ring of wealth brings that down to 1/380, the 20 difference is hardly noticeable, but believe me it does work. Now when you get onto uber rare drops (Chain from dusties for example) is meant to be rarer than med off fire giants(1/16k) So it's probably about 1/20k, with ring of wealth that goes down to 1/19k, which is when it starts to get noticeable but not too much. Ring of wealth does work, it's just such a small increase in the chance that it hardly seems worth it.

Best place for stunning is in your POH. Just stun the elemental Sphere over and over, even if the spell works it doesn't have an effect and you can keep doing it forever. I tried stunning monsters, and it took no more than 3 stuns before I couldn't do it again :\ even tried to do it on black dragons and it took 3...

Yes they can trade items. The KBD was messed up once, and told Mod Mark about it. He was ranging it with a bow while the kbd was shooting me and it killed me :( He teleported me back, and gave me my stuff plus a harpoon :P He then finished killing it and gave me the addy axe it dropped. He was saying that the "owner" of the KBD was laughing as it was owning me :( and that even his gran could kill the KBD. Good times :P Im afraid that you are wrong, J mods cannot trade in anyway what so ever. They used to be able to put things in the party chest, but they changed it! Mage only has a longer range if you're using a shortbow or darts / throwing knives, try taking a longbow with you next time. Yes, a longbow on long range. Hits what? Once every 10 seconds or something? Then I doubt it would do any damage. Mage's don't need to bring something else to have a longer range, they can do it with any spell...

range IS useful for pking... if u have a mage entangle + teleblock first and u use rune arrows at 99 ranged wit ranged pot :D i think the new spells are summoning... but im crazy so dont take my word for it :wink: Uhhh, no it isn't. I'm 99 range myself, I pk all the time I know what I'm talking about. Using entangle + teleblock isn't using range is it? Mages and meleers can BOTH beat rangers. Mages: Tangle/Barrage and stand back and use attacking spells, Mage has a longer range than range does thus you can not got hit. Meleers: Just fight a ranger, they have no melee defence and can not hit melee armour. Range is probably the least useable for hybriding, Mage + melee = Teleblock + tangle and lots of damage using melee while not taking much damage yourself. Range + melee: Why bother? Melee is superiour to range in every way, maybe bring a bow and dragonhide top to shoot mages if they tangle you and are in range, could do a small bt of damage before the tangle runs out. Range + Mage: Tangle and range them? Then get koed in 2 dragon dagger special when the tangle runs out. Face it, range is the worse out of the 3 combat styles by A LONG way, It's about 50% as effective as the other two.

Great more spells, like mage isn't over powered as it is... When is range going to be usable for pking?

Also good if you want to melee Specters. Kill them with your 1337 hax0rz mage defence armour, then go through the door and kill bloodvelds until you're full hp + full inv of peaches, go back and repeat.

Those randomly generated scenarios have NOT been put in yet. There are NO multiplayer generated scenarios, barrows, temple trekking etc. are all single player, it clearly states in the update that it's for You and your friends.

It's been posted loads of times before. And the skill bonus you get depends on the level of shelves you have, I believe the max you can get is +3 which is with Teak Shelves.

Exactly, ring of wealth does so little, it's hardly noticeable, and even if you kill Millions of monsters with and without it, you'll hardly get more drops with then without. RoW increases the chance of rare drops by probably only 1% (No idea where people have got 20% from, that seems too high) So say the chance of a rare drop is 1/10000, with a ROw it would be 1% less than that, 1/9900 hardley any difference what so ever, even at 20% that's still 1/8000 chance very rare, but I don't believe it to be 20%, seems FAR too high. That's why people say RoW doesn't work, because some time's it's only about 1/50 difference, or not even that. That ammount is hardly noticeable.

If you try and log out during a wave, a message will appear at the bottom saying. "If you log out before you finish this wave your progress will not be saved" "If you log out after you finish this wave, your progress will be saved" Then when you log out, You'll log back in fight caves where you were before. Haven't seen this posted here and yes, I used search :P So sorry if it has been posted before. This is good though, it means that updates will no longer screw people over. Not sure if it logs you back in WHERE you logged out, or in the middle, because I logged out in the middle and respawned there.

Isn't that in the Observatory dungeon where you had to open a chest to find some lens or something and if you opened the wrong chest a spider comes out :o Indeed it is, that was taken the day it came out. New Quests on RSC were always fun to do, you never knew what to expect.

Feburary 28th 2002 is a default setting, no idea what it means, but it does NOT prove that you've been playing on RSC, I know a lot of people who have it as that and they played RS2. I've been to my friends dungeon, no XP. He wasn't getting any either. And no drops IS stupid, who in their mind would spend 10M on a steel dragon when you get nothing from doing so? No idea.
