well pixel art is pretty much anything u make with Paint... Do outlines with pencils then fill in different shadings of colors. Sometimes you need to do things pixel by pixel...that's always a pain in the a$$

Don't like colorz... and if your going for a rainbow, your a couple of colors off :P
