never disrespect anime, its like saying, "i dont like any music with a guitar in it"... it is amazing... ok Yu-Gi-Oh was actually awful... and as far as japanese things go, they are probably the most inventive with creatures, i thnk most people would have trouble creating an army of more than 10 creatures that you've made in your head... and what would be hard about it, is drawing them. and i do draw manga, i'm currently working on mythological creatures. pokemon... not much to say... as animation goes, pokemon was pretty good... story was awful in the cartoon. red was all i played... i had 151, and i was god damn proud...

mike portnoy, or danny carey, from dream theater and tool respectively. i prefer danny carey because of the last minute of drumming in "the grudge" and the intro to "ticks and leeches" check out tool. how ever, dream theaters song, "take the time", the drumming pattern in the intro is one of the most complex things i think i've ever seen someone do. 9/8 on hands and 6/4 on feet... not many other drummers can do that... and by "not that many" i mean theres only about 6 or 7 other drummers who i can name that can do it...

i saw them at hammersmith apollo in london. the night i saw them was their 20th aniversary show so they played atleast one song from each album and the other night, i didnt go to, but they played one of thier "classic" albums, my guess was that it was "images and words".

dream theater or tool definately john pettrucci. saw dream theater 13 days ago now... it was best gig i ever did see but the reason i started playing guitar was kerry king from slayer. the best thrash metal band ever. i've seen them twice now...

1. i must eat skittles in threes or the world is incomplete. 2. i get told off for stopping listening to teachers so i can understand things my way so i can work more efficiently but they never seem to understand. 3. i must always offer to help people at maths problems and try and work out everything needed at work. 4. i cant sleep with fewer than 3 pillows. 5. i must make everyone i meet my friend. 6. except when sleeping or in bed i must either be listening to music or making music to keep me acting normal. 7. i must talk to customers as they enter the shop or i feel incomplete. once i've talked to all the customers i talk to myself until a new person comes in to the shop. 8. i must not drive in the rain. 9. i must cycle atleast 10 miles a week. theres probably a few more but thats about enough i think

one thing i've been pointed out by a freind, is the complexity to play the ds as he is purely right handed and finds the ds awful to use if he is moving around as it is increbibly awkward to use if you're not left handed or ambidextrous.
