I make most of my money through slayer. It's not the fastest way most of the time but it's fun. I usually do about 3 lvl3 clues a day which gives me some nice rewards now and then, also the monster drops make quite some money now and then.

PayPal is actually pretty easy. Once you set it up you can link it to any normal bank account you have access to (so probably your normal bank account). Once the account is linked you can either send money to it and then pay for your membership, or just pay for the membership while your PayPal is empty (PayPal will automatically take the money from your normal bank account then).

Always look at the line it's making in the G.E. If the line is upwards it's probably a good buy, if the line is downwards I'd wait till it settles. If you just buy the item it's more a matter of luck what happens. I bought the BGS at 27m not too long after it was released, sold it for 35m a few weeks later so it's also possible that it turns out pretty good. :P

Don't worry about glitches and stuff, that won't happen anyway and if it did I'm sure Jagex would take action anyway. Tasset has been stable for quite a while now so it probably won't drop very fast. The fact that it is quite stable also means that selling at the average time should be possible, might take a little but not extremely long.
