can I superheat gold ores with smithing gauntlets for th exp? and is it faster to superheat? and how long does it take to cast spell? (eg: alching 3 seconds per spell) 99 magic is my next main goal and possibly smithing, so maybe superheating would be better in the long run because it would get me 99 mage as well. Otherwise I will do steel plates.
