  1. Yes. Flatpacks are generally slower, mainly because you have to navigate through two windows instead of one. But on top of that, I believe the best oak item you can make are Carved Oak Tables, which use up six planks at once. The more planks you use at once, the more xp you get at once. Oak Larders use eight planks while Oak Doors use a whooping ten! So in short, yes, Oak Larders/Doors are faster than flatpacks. And no, the tea does not stack with stew. It was supposedly going to shortly after this was released, but the Knowledge Base was quickly changed and that feature was removed.
  2. Well it's hard to tell you what's fun because we all have different interpretations. What's fun to me may not be fun to you. Personally, I love to set goals. If I have a goal, then it will keep me content and occupied. Try aiming for a certain 99 in a skill. Or even something like getting all stats to above 65. Pick a goal and strive for it. Just my opinion O:)
  3. Yaaaay! I'm hoping to gain speed this weekend, hehe. I'm usually less active during the week.. Plus I have my moderating job to attend to O:) Off to bed now. Tomorrow's Friday, thank goodness! Good night bloggers.
  4. Here at Tip.it, we help people for free! \ If you'd like assistance, it would be helpful to us if you posted your questions here for us to answer.
  5. Weee time for 99 construction! :D Good luck with your wood escapade!
  6. I would highly recommend getting 44 runecrafting. In the short run, it may seem like a lot of work just to achieve the items you aspire to have, but in the long run it will be very helpful. Just make fire runes until level 44. Use Dueling Rings to teleport to the Dueling Arena, craft your runes then use the ring to bank at Castle Wars. It shouldn't take too long to get 44. Then when you're 44, start making nature runes. You should make about 300k an hour or so, and this amount will increase as your runecrafting level does. ..that's how I make my gp anyway
  7. 46,960 nats to go :-w Getting a little tired, might head off to be early tonight. Random fact: My mouse is dying! Sometimes when I click, it doesn't 'click' lol :XD: Or I have to press extra hard to make it work. Grr.
  8. Please fill out the appropriate form in the following sticky for searching for a gang member: Wanted: Gang Member! sticky. Best of luck finding someone!
  9. In grade seven, I was shopping with my friend. Under my knowledge, my friend was shoplifting. She got caught, but we both got in trouble. The store manager searched us both, found stolen items on her, but none on me. But I still got a one year ban from the mall - why? His theory was, "Even though you did not get caught stealing anything, I think it is clear that you are guilty by association. You were clearly her lookout in the shoplifting process." -.- So technically I didn't do anything.. Just suffered the undeserved consequences  EDIT: Actually, I just thought of another! :XD: When I was six or so, a friend and I spray-painted the side walk and fire hydrant (because we felt like drawing 'big, happy pictures'). Not a smart move on our part O:)
  10. Skill: Runecrafting Experience per hour: 13.5k - 20k Method: Runecrafting nature runes in the Abyssal Space. I use Super Energy Potions and all four pouches. But just a heads up, this skill varies a lot from person to person. Some people use Super Energy Potions, others do not. Some people use no pouches, some use one, two, three or all four. Since runecrafting is 100% clicking, people often get bored and start to slow down as the hour goes on. And so on..

Haha me too :XD: I had a black pair of totally beat-up converse. They had holes everywhere and on one shoe, the entire side was torn open. One day, behind my back, my mom threw them away and bought a new pair  Only a matter of time before it happens again.

I agree entirely. I never go shopping. In fact, my father probably goes shopping more often than I do. My mom buys all my clothes when she goes shopping. I simply don't desire to have more clothes than I actually need :? I just want to be comfortable and I don't need 500 outfits to help accomplish that.
  14. There are plenty of ways that you could increase the amount of xp you get. It won't make it anywhere near as fast as cooking, but money can certainly aid you. For example, you could craft death runes and hire runners. In order to attract a lot of runners, you could pay them like 20k gp per load AND provide essence. Then you'd be crafting the rune that gives the most xp and since you're paying way more than you should, it would attract tons of runners, making the process much faster. I had an acquaintance a few years back who went from 91-99 runecrafting in about a week because she overpaid her runners, which attracted hundreds of people.
  15. 93-99 alone (training with Demonic Thrones) is about: 5,148,000,000 gp  ..and going from 1-93 on Gilded Benches (this is just an estimate, I'm sure there's an even more expensive way to go about it.. and I know you can't even make these until level 61.. but again, estimate) would cost around: 2,214,000,000 gp So in total, probably somewhere around 7.5+ billion gp :XD:
  16. Or for construction, what about training with gilded/marble materials? :XD: Then Demonic Thrones from 93-99. Haha, now that'd be the most expensive way to go about any skill, I'm sure.

I'm not into the whole, "wear the shortest skirt/shorts you can find" thing.. nor do I find that boys showing their boxers is particularly attractive. I don't mind guys showing their boxers, but it's not something that I'd choose to see if I had the option  I mean it's one thing if the boy/girl who follows those trends finds it comfortable.. but if they're just doing it to 'show off' or whatever, then I think it's just pretty sad -.- I usually just wear jeans/sweat pants and a T-shirt/tank top/sweat shirt. Casual comfort all the way!

Yeah, ever since the release of the Abyssal Space, there were entrances for Death, Blood and Soul runes. Yet only Death Rune crafting has been released since then. So until we can actually craft those runes, the entrances are not 'working' :
  19. Thank youuuuuuuuu! :D I appreciate the comment
  20. Thanks so much! :D I really appreciate it :) I'll try, hehe I'm not much of an IRC person really -blush- Maybe I'll consider popping in sometime though. I will! :D I love runecrafting. Once I'm done getting the 99s I want, I'd love to 'deck out' my house even more. That butler's room really needs work, haha!
  21. In my opinion, it's not all about the cape :? I was interested in 99s before capes were released. To me, it's just about the satisfaction of having completed a skill to the point where you can no longer level up. Sure the capes are nice because it draws some attention to something other than your combat level (since before skill capes, that was the only way you could find out what skills a person had without looking them up).. but I just like the satisfaction of having maxed out a skill (level-wise).
  22. Thanks so much! :D Weeee congratulations!!!!
  23. Yeah, I feel the same way :ohnoes: But the limit does serve its purpose. Can you imagine clicking on a thread and finding that they'd posted 500 smilies? Hello computer overload :XD: Not-so-random fact: 445,396 xp, or 49,489 nature runes, until 91 runecrafting \
  24. ^^ Technically that post does contribute to the topic being discussed, so this will not be locked. If you have a problem with the fact that this thread is really old, then don't reply to it, just let it die. But since purpieman2 contributed to the topic, bumping this wasn't breaking any rules.
  25. Because the smiley limit killed me :( With all yours added in, I was like five smilies over the limit, so then I resort to removing smilies from quotes
