How Did Tip. It become to be so well known?
If, by that you mean how do you become a member of the staff, I believe your question can be answered here. You cannot apply to join the staff, you must be chosen by the staff itself. For now, you can just help out Tip.it by reporting any posts that you see breaking the rules and at the same time, keeping a clean record yourself :wink:

Barbain Outpost.
Moved it for yah :wink: Next time post all questions in General Help & Advice. I've never actually tried it myself, but from what I hear you can pot to enter the Wilderness course, so I'm sure you can pot to enter the Outpost. However, I'm sure you'd fail a lot :P

:: tripsis :: 99 Woodcutting!
http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=478642 Nope :P Because people could get like a couple hundred posts added to their count by just saying "congrats" or "good luck" on every single thread :shock:

RS2 Products? PC Products? Whats next...
Yeah, but what kind of a message is that sending people who already maxxed their skills out? The 99 lever joke Paul's famous for mentioning would make everyone love jagex, but obviously it would be unfair both to the game itself and to people who earned levels the real way. I don't call people products of anything, but I could see why people would. It's just frustrating remembering back when you actually had to use food to train, most of the time made yourself, and you only got 10-30k xp an hour. Now you just click a boat, click a portal, and you've got 80k+ xp an hour. I mean it is what it is, and we can't complain about that, but it's still frustrating knowing how easily everyone else is flying by. If I spent my time levelling in rs2 instead of rs1, I'd be a much higher level than I am now. Things like early in slayer where you had to fight the monsters that you were assigned to, and randomly changing it so you could switch assignments is just annoying. When I did the majority of my levelling, if I had an annoying assignment, I had to deal with it. New players don't. They shoot through their levels easily, and get the same levels I do faster and easier than I did. At least there's one countering advantage. People do level easier who started later. But people who started earlier have their own advantage: rares. :twisted: Although, you could use that same reasoning for a ton of other skills. For example, cooking/fletching before and after cook/fletch X. Or prayer before and after Ecto/Gilded Altars. Runecrafting before and after pouches and the Abyssal Space. And so on.. Lets try to keep this post nice or I'll have to lock it :wink:

Thanks Shad :D It's cheaper than construction :wink: Thank you!!! :D Runecrafting has really made my "Runescape life" amazing, lol. When I came back to Runescape in early August, I never imagined that in a few short months I'd have 99 construction, but what do you know!! :D THanks again~! Thanks :) But depending upon how technical you want to be, I've actually made 700 posts :oops: (Since 99% of the time, I stick to Rate This forums and Blogscape where posts don't go towards your post count).

RS2 Products? PC Products? Whats next...
I'm sure this thread will cause a lot of negative comments, so I'll keep my eye on it. However, I can't help but agree with you. "RS2 Products" can't help that they weren't introduced to Runescape until later on in the game - there's nothing they can do about it. Absolutely no good will come out of insulting them. As for "PC Pruducts," sure they might be taking the "easy way out," but in some senses, it's the smart way out. The faster you max out combat, the faster you can work on other skills. I do think that PC made combat almost too easy, considering how many 126s you see these days, and I am against being able to level prayer at PC. Though I must say, calling these "name callers" idiots right back won't do much good either :wink:

Although, I won't actually get 90 runecrafting until much later today. Dork wants to see me get it and he's out for the better half of the day - until 10 or 11 my time I think (I'll ask him when he wakes up). But if you still insist I RC, then RCing it is!! Actually, 7k nats will get me dangerously close to having enough gp for 92 prayer! :shock:

:: tripsis :: 99 Woodcutting!
Thanks you guys!!! :D I'll add you ingame, Bia, as soon as I log in for the day :) Lol and no, I'm not a mod ingame :wink: But yes, I could lock my own thread if I wanted to :shock: I went to bed pretty early last night so I'm actually up somewhat early today (well 11:00 am is pretty early for me on a weekend :oops: ). I'm trying to decide which skill I want to push today, I could use with some opinions here: -90 rc (7k nats, would leave less time for prayer) -90 prayer (not sure if I can get it done, that's about 9k bones, but I could probably get to 88-89 if I didn't rc)

:: tripsis :: 99 Woodcutting!
Lol I like my clothes :oops: I thought this was so gorgeous that I had to share it with Tip it: Now you don't see that many bones at once every day. Only need 1.5k more for 92 :wink:

*------StyIez Road to top 100 Skill Total-------*
I turn sound off, usually listen to my ipod nano haha. Sounds effects always killed me on this game; can't stand them. Each to his own, I suppose. I never really started listening to the sound effects until recently, but I really like the gilded altar one :P

Blaze's RuneScape Adventures!
You have some pretty intense goals there!! I have faith you can complete them all :D I especially love that 99 smithing goal :shock: I hope I can get that myself some day. Lets see what tips I can offer the almighty BlazikenMaster master!! Thieving: If you're going for speed then I would strongly recommend Pyramid Plunder. As you probably already know, I went from 80-99 in 13 days using it :shock: Smithing: If you don't mind spending quite a bit of gp, then smelt gold bars! It's by far the fastest xp as long as you have the crafting gauntlets. When/if I get 99 smithing I will superheat gold ores, but unless you're a RCing dork, like myself, just smelting them will do as well. Herblore: I always use the more expensive, yet speedy way of getting levels so that's usually the advice I give. When I got 82 herblore, I made a mixture of prayer pots, range pots and anti fires. Anti fires take ages to sell though.. With prayer pots you'll probably lose the least amount of gp, but it takes longer (the pots don't give nearly as much xp as range). Or you could also buy unids above Irit or something and make a variety of potions. Fletching: You have many options here. You could always tie in smithing with fletching. Smith arrow heads (or dart tips, both work nicely) and then fletch them into arrows. It's really amazing fletching xp and would be a nice way to use two skills together. Otherwise, I think fletching is pretty self explanitory, just thought I'd throw that option out there. That's probably the best advice I can offer you. I hope at least some of it will prove useful :) Feel free to pm me or something if you have any questions :)

Thanks you guys!! :D And as Dork said, it was a teletab :wink: For Level 90, you need 105,519 XP That's about 12k nats. I really hope I can get that tonight!! :ohnoes:

:: tripsis :: 99 Woodcutting!
Well this guy finally got what he deserved! \ He had been by the Zammy Mage for about an hour attacking me and a few other RC'ers with a DDP (not even ++ lol) and Dragon Scimmy. After a while I finally decided to have a go at him and he tele'd when I got him down to like.. Less than 10 hp. So he came back and I killed him almost instantly :shock:
