i have tried with two + ppl standing around , 2+ ppl standing on same spot, but all the times, only one person was frozen with the ice burst.... each time though, leesters had left or had died, so leesters, just stay around me for about 2 minutes and ill show you that it works only on one person

leesters, how about right before the compitition, someone goes in with multi-combat spells and we try out to see if if hits multi-ppl. ill be willing to spend those runes to test it out. The only reason that i think it hits one person was that there was a thread about getting alot of mage xp by barraging in the house but it turned out that it was only one person hit
