Just a note... But anyone seen the price of Tzhaar items? Look up "Obsidian" in the Grand Exchange database. Just a bit shocked when my brother said the shield was 26K. Lol.
Isnt that caused by dragon defender? Dragonfire is in a pretty bad shape too.

I actually was mixing it up a bit, thats only a small portion of the evidence. And it was for other reasons, i was "item scamming" apparently, even though the only time i traded someone was to give them 2 gp.
Sounds more like you are trying to flame someone else for scamming, rather than attempting to scam.

With regards to the whole gambling on RS, I believe that its down to the player as an iduvigual to see if what they are doing is a scam.
I kind of regard this as the same as merching, simply because Jagex know about it, but they dont really do anything about it till it gets far to big to be controlled.
I guess its a basis of play the game how you want. If you want to play dice or scam other players to get your gp in game, thats your choice. If you want to play the game in an honest way, then you do so, and ignore the gamblers.
Simply put : The gamblers arent going to go away, and Jagex will not add main content to the game that will allow people to gamble in its modern sense (as a casino).

You know that recovery thing is a glitch in the system yeah, when something got reset? A lot of people have their recovery date set to that one, lol.
Both of my classic noob account have their recovery set at 28-Feb-2002. Ugh, Someone should have written this up in rswiki already!

Never cheated, never would. And although I find cheating wrong, that is not why I personally refrain. The reason I do not cheat is because I would derive zero satisfaction from doing so. Levels gained via cheating? Meaningless.
The reward is the journey, not the destination.

Most of us does not find griding exciting, thats why we call it "griding" in the first place.
People find bugs like the penguin bug or scamming temping, because then they can spend less time on the boring grinding for exp or money and more time for what they like in the game (maybe its pking or other activites for them).
AFK was againest the rules and it was considered cheating. The same applies to scams by "providing false or inaccurate information, for your own personal gain", although disputeable.

We used to cheat by pressing random keys in chat while doing something else, afking in bandits and striking with magic on lv1 critters with full melee amour, in order to bypass the auto logout.
We still get the satafction after we throw a 99 party, the reason is exactly because we dont enjoy the progress. Even if we bot or macro the levels, we still consider the time we used on griding not playing is a lot of sacrifice.
Speaking of that, most of us cheat in MA by suiciding. If you consider jagex as the casino house, rewards are the payouts and we are the gamblers. Its a clear case we are cheating (collusion) while not breaking any game rules.

It seems the current management team doesnt care much about community building outside their little inner circle, undoing what the TET does. Not to mention the recent bannings.
It was golden age when zidane was leading the TET. I guess we are the only platinum fansite out there that doesnt have an official chat and clan and can still declare war on other sites.

For their efforts, 1/10th (up to a maximum of 50k, or 75k if you have completed Royal Trouble) is removed from the coffers each day to pay for the labour.
(So, if you had 5 million in the coffers, each day, 50k would be removed for wages, or 75k if you have completed Royal Trouble; if you had 300k in the coffers, only 30k would be removed.)
The greater the amount paid out, the more eager your subjects are to work, and hence you can expect more resources to be offered.
In fact, you should put more than 750k to be safe, so you dont miss the 24 hour deadline. 825k if you check everyday or 1275k if you check per week.
Approval rate only fall by 1% (or 2.5% without the new quest) per day, so there is no point checking everyday for such a small difference unless you are really short on funds.

If you are low on hp, then I guess your team must be around half clear a dungeon.
I dont dung much so I'd like to know why the hell would they want to rage quit and spend time on regrouping and redo another dungeon for that marginally more exp? Is it really more time efficent to rage quit?

5g? when the hell was that? when i stopped playing wow last year's spring, i tipped 20g to people to sign my guild charter, mainly because I wanted a big storage bank
This was TBC. Money isnt what it is now.
Oh well, now there is a 83g bonus for a random heroic 5-men run, 62g for a random normal 5-men run. That gives you an idea of the value of money now.

I did ask some other staff if they wanted to create one but nobody replied at the time. I'd be fine creating one with some other users as long as people remembered that actions inside it are not the responsibility of staff.
Better plan it out first, all the better if TET can start a project on it since they are already well structured.
There is no rush now since zybez already got the head start.

Well 85-95 prayer is costing me 122m, and I'm pretty sure like a month ago it was going to be almost 140m. Seems cheaper to me, but I could be wrong on my numbers (the month ago one, I know its 122m right now cause I just bought it lol).
Edit: Maybe it was two months ago, back in February....

I suppose we make less gp per hour 3 years ago, but I am not sure we make 3 time less back in 09. Might be related to the supply of money from pvp, but we need more figures and proofs to say stuff are now cheaper in gerneral.
Dragon bones are around 4.5k in Jan,11 and start booming shortly after Jan (could be related to turmoil prayers in the deserts). However it is true that the trend seems to be going down (maybe something to do with nuclear in eastern lands).

Disruption shield completely nullifies multi hit specials like Dragon claws and Dds!

For non-pkers this update was (dare I say it: once again) useless..
At least you dont have to spend those extra 10 hours to go from spiritual food to unlock the "useless" shield.
I suppose this spell is useful for non-pkers in wild, but thats too much effort to unlock it. Kinda cruel that jagex force all those pkers out there to do a repetitive 44 hours non-afk, non-spam clickable activity in order to become viable again.

20-30hours of non-afk gameplay for each reward, does not seems very efficient to me unless someone has proven the spell is game breaking/broken :mellow: .
Banked prayer urns no longer prevent ashes from dropping. -
I suspect those action figures would have a high demand if they would actually put them on shelf, shouldnt be too hard to get a factory in china to produce those.

I like quests, so it will make the levels worth it.

If you want to be cool go with a first gen pokemon, I love Vulpix myself... so cute!
Some of those are not wolves. Snubull and Granbull are dogs. Vulpix, Ninetails, and Evee are foxes. Entei is a lion. Raikou is a tiger. Suicune is based of a Qilin.
Mightyena is the closest thing to a wolfdog (Although its in fact base on Hyenas), pokedex indicates it hunts in pack and it have some sort of an alpha.

Maybe we can have an offical casino so we can trim the value of our amour and Tip.it admins can do a flower game with RSOF mods to take over RSOF.
I wonder what happens if tip.it is dominated by RSOF? Will we be forced to use quickfind codes, pokemon emotes and ASCII spams?

Not really, it doesnt take the highest/lowest at all, it has been tested before with junks.
Bottom line is you wont be paying more or selling less than what you have offered.
