It should be determined by mining level. i never said that. you know, what if a lucky lvl 40 range pure got his first lvl 3 clue, did it, and got double 3a plate body. and you did 20 lvl 3 clues in a week and best reward was guthix full helm and total worth of all 20 clues together was a measly 3m. how would you feel then? (not saying i did 20 clues and best reward was guthix helm, but you get the point). id give a higher rate to someone who rc'ed their way to 74M over someone who did a clue for it. and you cant get wealth determined by mining level because mining doesnt make enough money (unless youre maur which in that case you make 100M for 99 pray) Then I guess it can.

So far, this SEMESTER at my COMMUNITY college has cost me $1,135.50 for tuition, and $357 for books. And I'm not even taking all the required classes. Gay as [bleep].
