There will always be those who ruin the game for everyone. However, there will always be people who are helpful, respectful, and reliable in the game. I don't think integrity can be measured. The whole system will end up as a competition and not as what it was originally intended as (just look at rares*.) *I'm not against rares, I have a Santa Hat myself. However, I do believe that the original purpose has been removed from it, like many people believe.
